Constraction reviews in Gig Harbor, Washington

Joe stretched the carpet in my mother's home. He did an outstanding job. He was quick to respond, give an estimate on various break downs of how much for each room. I highly recommend this business.

I hired Washington Carpet Repair to repair and stretch carpet in two rooms. Joseph was knowledgable and communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what to expect and could be involved with the process. I'm very happy with the repairs and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thank you, Joe!

Life saver service! My cats clawed up my carpet exposing the tac strip at the entryway. The patch repair was quick and looks great. I'm so thankful to have my carpet back to normal.

Fast, friendly, and efficient! Needed a small patch of carpet replaced before moving. Joseph got me taken care of same day since he was in the area. Would recommend to others in the Port Orchard area!

He is a very nice man. Went out of his way and did extra things to fix my carpet. He even took off money on my original price. I have absolutely no problem with recommending him to others.

Extremely Friendly and Professional. Did an outstanding job. Was willing to work with my complex schedule.

We hired Joe to install stairway carpet and padding. He was prompt, hard working, communicated well. Cleaned up afterwards. Would hire him again.
Highly recommended.

20 year old carpet with lots of lumps and bumps. A difficult job, but Joseph knew just what to do. Very responsive. Good communicator. We are very pleased with the result.

Joe was willing to come out on Labor Day and arrived on time, was courteous and provided exceptional service. Would highly recommend his services and would have no hesitation in hiring him again.

Repaired a hole in our carpet from our dog chewing a bone. He was super responsive, showed up exactly on time and the patch looks great! Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Washington Carpet Repair! Joe was very easy to communicate with, very flexible with scheduling, and did a great job repairing our carpet that our pet had ruined.

Joe was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He even offered to fix the area that the cat damaged on the stairs for no additional cost. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using him again.

We were devastated when our new puppy chewed a hole in our dinning room carpet. But so glad we found Joseph! He was available within the week, arrived as expected, did an excellent job. Price was very reasonable. We'd recommend him without reservation.

I found Washington Carpet Repair online who had very positive responses. Joseph showed up right on time and started work re-stretching our carpet right away. Our carpet now looks so much better and would recommend using Washington Carpet Repair.

I was able to find Washington Carpet repair with a very easy Google search. Joe was very fast about responding and was able to come over the same day I called and looked at my issue and gave me a great estimate and even helped me understand ways I could make it cheaper for me. He also assisted in finding Cat urine enzyme cleaner on Amazon to pretreat before he came over. The day of working on the carpet he worked on one area, and I worked on the other getting it ready to treat on a Friday. We worked on a way for him to come back on Monday and he was very good at communication and being up front on all issues. He was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him for any Carpet repair job that is needed.

Joe did a fabulous job stretching the carpet on a couple of rooms and a high traffic hallway. Right from the start, Joe was quick to respond, good thing he was available in a few days, arrived on schedule, and gave us a fair price. Joe is efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and one can tell he has many years of experience. We very highly recommend Joe and will not hesitate to call him again.

They did a wonderful job stretching and repairing two holes in my carpet. It looks great and very easy to schedule the appointment. I highly recommend them.

Joe did great work patching a big carpet stain for us - he was responsive and friendly during the scheduling process, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a wonderful job. He also charged a very reasonable and competitive price. Very happy with his work and would definitely hire him again. Thank you!

Joe did an excellent job repairing a hole in our carpet, and there’s no sign at all that our dog ever bit it! The repair was done quickly and professionally, with great attention to detail. Joe was also very friendly and patient throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone needing carpet repair :)

Joe did an outstanding job stretching my carpet. He got me scheduled very quickly and was punctual and took great care of my home as he lugged his equipment in and out to his vehicle. He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and more than happy to point me to a trusted local guy to clean my stretched carpet. I highly recommend this small locally owned business!
