The attic inspection was very detailed and professional. They checked for mold, leaks, and ventilation issues. I was impressed with how thorough they were. They provided clear recommendations without any pressure. After the service, my home air quality improved a lot.

Here is the problem with reviews, who are you going to believe ?
Be very careful and dig deep because there is no test for a WA state contractors license. The state of WA will give a license to anyone.
I have watched Kings do a very bad job residing our condominiums.
I am a retired General contractor with 50+ years in the trades. Kings has been in business since 2018 ?
From demolition to sheathing to house wrap to siding to caulk to paint to clean up the crew worked hard at doing the work wrong.
The job looks bad because it is badly done all the way. It was painful to watch because if they knew what they were doing it would have been easier, faster and more profitable for them.

It’s funny that these guys change their name so often when I tried to use them as King’s custom builders they were horrible to work with. They did not follow through. They did a terrible job on every aspect that they touched. Jesse, the owner is a very good salesman, but a very bad business owner. They may get lucky and complete a job, but they definitely don’t follow through like they say they do. I would avoid working with this business and I would make sure that you check every single aspect of a construction company before hiring them. If you do business with these guys, they are very likely to try to sue you

I needed my attic and crawl space insulation removed due to a large infestation. Carl was by far the best guy for the project. I would call him a rodent detective. Don’t hesitate to reach out to these guys for any Attic, or Crawlspace project. The crew kept my house clean and kept me in the loop throughout. Me and my husband couldn’t be happier. WHEN WE CALLED SERVPRO WE WERE DESPERATE. WATER DAMAGE AND NEED FOR ROOF REPAIR AND FINE WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY TARPING THE SKYLIGHT AND GETTING INSULATION REMOVAL, AND DRY WALL REMOVAL AND THEN DRIED OUT THE FOYER FOR A FEW DAYS SO REPAIRS COULD BEGIN. THEY ARE GREAT!!

Came out on weekend and continued to come out during snow storm. Would give 5 stars but there was lack of attention to detail, however it was resolved when supervisor came out. The guys were respectful, professional, and friendly.

I own a Property Management company in Poulsbo with roughly 100 homes. My tenant who is an employee of Servepro, used your carpet cleaning services upon vacating in Bremerton. Despite her negligence to open the home and allow for airflow, the amount of water left behind by the cleaning service you provided caused an unprecidented mold growth in the one bedroom unit. We had to do a mold diagnostic and abatement to ensure it was not caused by other sources. You charged $190.75 to clean one 10' x 11' room. This is ridiculous considering the carpet was still very dirty and had pooled water left behind. In addition we had no choice but to replace the carpet and padding. Would NEVER recommend this company for ANY services.

I have referred clients to ServPro of Gig Harbor for years. I've only recieved positive feedback from those who have worked with them. Normally when I'm referring a client there way it is a very stressful situation, and they have a way of making you feel that everything it's going to be ok.

They are also very active in the community and that is important to me. They have organized events/food drives to benefit those in need in the community. It says a lot about the company's owners and employees when you see them giving back.
