Jacob & Mike came out to pump out my septic after our alarm went off during Christmas weekend. They were great at explaining in detail what they thought happened and what they recommend we do moving forward. Customer service was great!

I have used Hemley's a number of times each time was a great experience. Upon selling our Gig Harbor home the buyers requested some items be replaced due to age. I called Hemley's Septic and they were out very quickly to take care of the requested at a very fair price. I was impressed with how personable and courteous everyone was. Because of them our home went into escrow smoothly without hiccups. Thank you!

Jacob and Devon came out from Henleys today to pump my septic. They were awesome, showed up on time, clean the filter, took pictures of everything And they will file it with the county. They explained so much to me, and I really appreciated their excellent service.

We contacted Hemley's Septic to for the required Pierce County inspection of our septic system. Chris and Vince were excellent. I appreciated their professionalism and helpfulness when answering my questions about how to best care for our system. I highly recommend this team and will definitely use Hemley's Septic services again when needed.

Mike and Jacob did a thorough job with my septic system. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how my system works. I’ve had two other folks come out over the years both of them only cleaned one tank, didn’t inspect the other tank and simply suctioned through the small hole. These two took the time to take pictures, provided me with the schematic layout of my system and emailed them to me. They also scheduled a technician to come out and take a look at my pump to make sure things are operating properly because it had been so long. Thanks Mike and Jacob!

Al & Josh were great! We had an emergent issue, and they took care of us! They took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions very patiently. They were both very nice, professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it! Very good experience!

Long time customer of Hemley’s, they’ve never let us down. Sump pump alarm went off in our basement and Mike and Christian were out here the same day. Mike got right to it and the pump was blown. Can’t remember who came next day with Christian and a brand new pump but they were terrific- rescued us from the emergency like a post Christmas present,
My 91 year old mother in law was able to remain home for their fast and reliable response. Important because at 91 she couldn’t go to upper floor for the gravity feed toilet and it was looking like a motel for her. Hemley’s to the rescue! You guys should wear a Cape and a big “S” on your chest for the great work. AAA+++

We are so impressed with Hemley's. They were prompt in scheduling, kept us updated with their arrival, and were clear about the financial obligation up front. Derek, who came out to our house was WONDERFUL. He had to put a fair amount of sweat and effort into figuring out the issue, (a complicated, old system with unknown revisions), but remained the consummate professional. He was kind, knowledgeable, experienced, and very trustworthy. We are hoping we do not need further septic repairs, but if we do, we are calling Hemley's!

I had an issue with my septic system. I called on a Saturday right before they closed and they set up an appointment for early Monday as it was not an emergency, I was happy that they made it that quick. Al and Josh showed up and was able to fix the issue in about 30 minutes. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. They deserve a 5 star rating.

Hemleys came out in April to inspect/clean my two septic tanks. Four months later, I have had to hound them repeatedly to get any kind of documentation for the sale of my home. Emails and calls are ignored. They didn't even write the report until August. Then they sent notes about rootballs they didn't remove and I almost lost my buyer. I had to pay an additional $800 to have them come out and remove them and had to send 3 emails and four calls to even get any documentation, which Still does'nt show they removed them. I am positive there are more responsive and professional companies out there.

My experience with Hemley's has been outstanding. I used them for a required septic tank inspection and have since received excellent advice on repairs I need to make on my system. I have found them to be easy to work with and they offer an excellent value. You will not go wrong using them for septic services.

Hemley's customer service has been amazing! They have really gone above and beyond. They helped track down where our spectic covers were using blueprints from over 15 years ago. Jacob was thorough and super helpful. I absolutely recommend them.

I noticed our good neighbors were having a service call by Hemley's. I walked next door and asked if they may have a spare cap for our septic system because I accidentally ran over it with the lawn mower. Not only did Al and Mike have a spare cap, Mike came over with a shovel and an electric saw and installed it for us! This was done for us not just as a good business practice...but as good neighbors. This really made my day! Thank you Al & Mike! I know who we're calling when we need service on our septic system and also who we will recommend to friends and family.

We had to comply with Pierce County mandatory septic inspection so we called Hemley's Septic Service and glad we did. Setting up appointment was quick and easy. Chris came out within a few days, very nice and friendly guy, did a thorough inspection and was on his way, couldn't have been more happy. There fees were fare and everything went smoothly just like we had hoped. We definitely will be calling them back next time. Thank You Hemley's!

Another Great year by the Hemley Team. We keep them year after year! Always on time with excellent equipment. We operate a seasonal business with a high use rate. Very clean equipment that is cleaned on the schedule we set up. Thanks again

Derek and Tanner came out to my house on June 4th to unclog a drain after my house was pressure washed. They were punctual and did an exceptional job in clearing all the sediments that clogged the drain. They went above and beyond their call of duty. They offered preventative tips for both my septic and drain.
They were just pleasant and were not in a hurry to get on to their next job. They were also very respectful of my property and cleaned up and replaced everything as they met it or even better.
I have used Hemley's for my septic services in the past and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them

We have used Hemleys twice to pump out our tank both times it was quick and efficient. The tech this time was Jacob he was excellent friendly knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. I did save some money by unearthing the tank top myself. I can’t pump it but heck I can dig a hole, I had pictures from the first time so I knew what area to dig. I would recommend Hemleys if you are in need of septic pumping. Aloha

We had our septic pumped for the first time today since we moved in. It’s an older tank that Hemleys installed decades ago. They were fast and easy to make an appointment with, and when Jacob and Christian came out, they were extremely nice, did the job quickly, cleaned up everything and took time to answer questions I had. I could not recommend this company higher.

Wish I could give them a zero. When I had them out to perform a pump and inspection for purchasing my home. The technician completely broke off one of my baffles and damaged the second baffle. Then tried to say it was already like that. He never pumped tank number one and charge me for it . I'll never use them again as I've heard same complaints from other of their customers

Hemley's is the best. I had a clogged septic pipe - no flushing toilets, no using the sinks. They sent a technician the same day, and called me when he was on his way. He was very nice but didn't have the right tool for our blockage. The technician didn't charge us for the visit because he couldn't fix it (though I fully expected to be), and scheduled two more techs to come out later that same day who did have the right tool. Again, Hemley's called me when the second team was on their way, and they fixed our blockage quickly and efficiently when they arrived (after hours, might I add). They also gave us advice for a more permanent fix. Hemley's is fast, efficient, responsive and SUPER reasonably priced. The lady on the phone when I called was also delightful. Truly could not recommend Hemley's highly enough, and will be using them forever. 10/10
