Our furnace suddenly was not blowing out hot air last night, so we called Product Air Heating and Cooling. They were able to come out today and do a free diagnostic. Eli and Robert were thorough and quickly identified the problem: the flame sensor. After they fixed it, they said the repair was on the house.

These guys were awesome. Had 3 people come out. First guy made it sound like I pretty much had to rewire my entire house. Second guy quoted me 1800 dollars for something I didnt end up needed. These guys came out and found a shorted wire that they then proceeded to fix at no charge that fixed my problem. They quoted me on the same work as the second guy just incase but said I wouldn't need it and came in over $1000 bucks cheaper. Hard to find an honest company like these guys. Would highly reccomend.

I met with one of the owners, Rob, who was incredibly thorough and kind — he even took the time to vacuum and clean out a vent himself before leaving.

I also really appreciate their monthly service option, which allows you to be proactive instead of reactive with HVAC maintenance. That peace of mind is huge.

Product Air Electric just added 3 new lines/outlets in my crawlspace, a new line and light in my coat closet, a new 240 v kitchen range line/outlet and a whole home surge protector. The estimator, Aaron, was really great to work with, as he was very professional, experienced and made well reasoned suggestions for things I had not previously considered...all without the hassle of high pressure selling. When my schedule had to move up, he was able to grease the wheels to get his staff there the next day.

On job day, I was able to track the electricians Alex and David so I could predict exactly when they would arrive. They were awesome, hard-working and personable. They got everything done in 8 hours and worked seamlessly together. There are always things that can only be discovered once you start getting into it, especially if you add a task after the estimator's visit, but they handled everything easily. They ended up for one task in the attic and spent a lot of time in the crawlspace and did it with a can-do, no problem attitude. For me it was a really easy, pleasant process with great results.

They provided a quick estimate for the replacement parts and gave me a clear timeline of when they would be available. Once the parts arrived, they actually prioritized my installation to get the heater running again.

Product Electric, Heating, and Cooling performed an inspection and tuneup on my furnace. They showed up on time, were very polite, and professional. They performed an inspection of all the major parts and functioning systems of the furnace. They vacuumed and cleaned the unit and gave me critical recommendations for part replacements or a process to replace and evolve the HVAC system with a new furnace. I'd highly recommend them - especially Eli, who was the assigned technician for my job. He explained everything step-by-step in very clear terms, including costs. He was awesome! Great company and great staff.
