Fantastic job! I had several projects in the house that had to be addressed. Vlad and Jacob came exactly on time, were super polite, professional and efficient. They fixed the under counter lights, installed switches in the master bedroom and programmable for wall towel warmer. Surge Electrical did an outstanding job replacing the non-working bathroom fan in my Auburn home. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The electrician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and installed the new fan quickly. He explained everything clearly, kept the work area clean, and made sure the new unit was running perfectly before leaving.

Outstanding service! Quick response. Vlad and Jacob were fantastic, working quickly and efficiently. We had some electrical panel upgrades done, and they investigated a partial power failure in the house. They were very respectful, keeping things clean and neat. They also installed a forced air heater for me (the drywall damage in my picture was already there). I have future upgrade work I need done, and I will definitely use them again! And I'll ask for Vlad. If you have an older home consider their service plan. I bought it and it saved me money already, in fact it has already paid for itself. Great job guys!!

Surge Electrical completed a panel service job for our church in Edgewood, and Surge was excellent to work with. Daniel and Jacob helped me with some single pole bathroom switches I was trying to change from the builder grade Deako switches. I am a beginner with electrical work, so changing from Deako switches to a normal Eaton/Leviton switch was not obvious (nor does Deako make it obvious). I made an inquiry at 5am, since I was losing my mind and couldn’t sleep trying to figure out why my wiring kept tripping the breaker, and they were able to come help me the very same day!

I would highly recommend Daniel and Jacob from @SurgeElectricalLLC. I know there are some interesting reviews on yelp about service being bad and hidden pricing, but I definitely did not experience that. They were both very professional and the upfront pricing made me trust them even more. You are shown the price of the job before they do anything and you have to choose to either accept or decline their work. When I went to pay, after the work was finished, it was indeed the same price we agreed on in the beginning.

The price is moderate for electrical work, but every customer that needs help with the simpler issues like mine need to know that if you don’t want to pay someone to help you for whatever reason, you need to take an active approach to learn and understand it from the professionals that know how to do it properly. With Daniel and Jacob, I did just that and gained invaluable knowledge!

With the wiring of the Deako switches being different from your standard light switch wiring, Daniel and Jacob were able to explain the differences to me in layman’s terms with some jargon thrown in to learn the actual terminology so that I can feel confident about changing our other Deako single pole switches.

If you are new to electrical work and in need of light switch help like me, this was a FANTASTIC experience. What took me 5 hours to do, and fail at, Daniel and Jacob did in 10 minutes and were able to explain the differences of what I did versus how it should have actually been wired.

Surge Electrical recently helped us at Choose Life Church in Edgewood, Washington by moving and re-positioning our stage lighting and projectors. The difference is incredible—our stage is now brighter, cleaner, and far more balanced for both services and recordings. Their team completed the entire project as a charity service, completely free of charge, and their professionalism and generosity were outstanding. Vlad did an excellent job. He was very to the point, friendly, and explained everything that he found in a way that was easy to understand and provided clear recommendations and a variety of options. He was very quick with the installation and fixes to a kitchens outlet, my bathroom switches, bathroom fan, and surge protector installation. The install quality was top notch as well - would highly recommend Surge Electrical and consider yourself lucky if you get Vlad to help you with your electrical needs!

We called Surge to replace the entryway light fixture and they did a great job working in a difficult space. The ceilings in that part of the house are over 17 ft, and they were able to set up quickly and finished the job in a little over an hour, which was amazing. They arrived right on time and the process was incredibly smooth and efficient and they had great communication throughout. Highly recommend the team if you have a tricky install. This was our third service from them and they have been excellent every time.

The service was quick
, the men that came out and did all the work were friendly and cleaned up afterwards. Once we asked for someone to come look at why we were having problems. They came and work was done within a few days.

Big thanks to Aaron who came out and took a look at the issues we have been living with for the last two years and was able to quickly diagnose and fix them. He also mentioned whole home surge protection which we will look into further and get back to him about.

Aaron was quick to come out (scheduled for less than 24 hours after I called). He was extremely knowledgeable, educational, and patient as we went through numerous potential issues (which he easily debunked), upgrades (which he gave his transparent take on whether they were necessary/helpful or not) and discussed the process in detail. When he left, we had an estimate in hand (which we quickly approved), and a great feeling about the work to be done and how it would be taken care of. It was a delight to work with Aaron and learn from him, and we are looking forward to having the upgrades all complete!

Overall, the project and team was amazing. Over the course of 2 days, not only was the team super professional.

Kevon was an amazing lead and extremely knowledgeable and dealt with my many questions while conducting the panel upgrade. He also made sure to take care of us and expedite the path to reconnecting power knowing we had a 7 month old.

Alex helped manage our interior upgrades (pendant lights, ceiling fan installation, multiple outlet installation) and was careful and calm the whole time.

Our tankless heater was added mid-project, and went from quote to installed in less than 24 hours. Denys took great care in tidying up some of our propane lines, installing the tankless and walking us through all of the setup, and stayed late to make sure his space was cleaned up and everything taken care of.

During the process, Eli was helpful in giving us inspiration and info on what some of the upgrades would do, Aaron was always available even on his day off to make sure the project was going smoothly, and Robert came out on our last day to complete the final pieces and give me a better understanding of the full scope of the project.

I genuinely appreciate all of the work this team did, and their over-communication throughout the process. I have never felt so comfortable having a contractor team out to help upgrade things in our house, and will rely on them for all future needs in the HVAC/Electrical space.

This is the best heating company in the Issaquah and Preston/Fall City area! They came to my home on a last minute schedule during this incredibly snowy day (3/13/26) when our heat went out and helped diagnose the problem quickly. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, and super good at what they do. Thanks to the team there for getting us taken care of!

I asked Product Air to take over regular maintenance of our Mitsubishi heat pump system after the previous company we used got taken over by private equity (we prefer working with locally operated, family-owned businesses). I was very pleasantly surprised that the technician who arrived for the service call was a co-owner of the business. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly; he spent time with me answering various questions that I had that fell well outside the scope of a regular maintenance inspection and wasn't at all pushy with sales tactics for things like upgrades, memberships, etc.
