I have been using Jenyclean for a few months now and Diana does a wonderful job! She is meticulous and is thorough with her work! Also, communication is very easy with Jeny and I appreciate it. I highly recommend!

We have used this cleaning service several times. They do a great job and are very nice. Their English is limited, but it hasn’t been an issue. I expect I will continue to hire them regularly.

The reviews do not reflect my experience with this company whatsoever. I will never use them again. Dirt on my floors, dirty kitchen sink, greasy stovetop, dust on light fixtures, scum left on vanity countertop. All of which I was told was already cleaned and was obviously not the case. One single person was sent to clean my 1,500 sq ft house. $390 for a move out clean? And you send one person to clean my house? Money wasted. Cash only, scammy behavior. Other cleaning agencies have performed light years better than this. Read other low reviews and you’ll start to second guess. Don’t waste your time, effort, or money. Look elsewhere. It's always a delight to see the work of Jeny and her staff. I travel a lot and stay in Seattle 2-3 months a year. Every time I'm here I call them up for a weekly service - and they never fail my expectations!

I have had weekly cleanings of my home in the Issaquah Highlands since moving here 9 years ago and for a multitude of reasons needed to switch companies. I found and hired JenyClean and within a day they were cleaning my home. Jenyclean spent twice as long as the previous “professionals” and my home was spotless. I didn’t know that my home was not fully being cleaned. They went above and beyond and really define what a cleaning should be.

Summer chaos had my house looking less than ready for the new season, so I called in Jeny and wow what a difference! They went above and beyond with a deep clean (the kitchen has never sparkled like this)

I loved how thorough and detail-oriented the cleaners Diana and Anya were they came prepared, asked the right questions, and made sure everything was done just right.

Anna did a wonderful job! She was very friendly and worked very hard. I was at home during the clean with multiple pets and it did not feel uncomfortable at all. The best cleaners we’ve tried for sure!

On time team, very nice, did great work. Discovered two minor misses after they left but that’s on me since I was asked to walk around, which I already had, but didn’t look at the kitchen pantry floors. Small space, easy fix for me. My toaster didn’t look that good when I bought it, some kind of magic there. Would definitely hire again.

We reached out to this company to cross shop cleaning services. They are very helpful, responsive and competitively priced. They did not bother us to make a quick decision or have pressure tactics while researching. When the time came foot the cleaning, the cleaner was prompt, thorough and efficient. JenyClean cleaned my townhome today, and the results blew me away. They went above and beyond with incredible attention to detail—my oven looks better than I ever remember, the kitchen appliances are sparkling, and the bathrooms look brand new. Even the small touches stood out: the cabinet knobs in the bathroom were shining, the lights seemed brighter (they must have been cleaned perfectly!), and even the transition strip from the bedroom to the bathroom was polished.

With my busy work schedule, this visit was truly a lifesaver. The team was punctual, professional, and so thorough, making my home feel refreshed and cared for in every corner. I recently used JenyClean in Sammamish for a general cleaning and was really impressed. The cleaner did a great job with the bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. Everything looked fresh and spotless. Communication and scheduling were super easy, which made the whole process stress-free. I’d definitely hire them again!

I hired JenyClean for a Deep Clean (two cleaners, several hours). They did a fantastic job. It’s been a long time since my apartment has been that clean. Then I hired 3 hours of decluttering and organizing. Veronika did a great job and we made good progress! I am now signed up for monthly cleaning and I will schedule more hours of decluttering. Very professional and easy to work with company.
