They did a great job racing our canopy and trimming a tree that was hanging out over our roof. They were here on time work efficiently cleaned up after themselves and were reasonable in price. I would highly recommend them.

We can't recommend MTS enough! They literally saved the day for us. Our flighted pet parrot Peanut escaped our house yesterday evening. We live adjacent to Cougar Mountain Regional Park with nothing but woods all around. Peanut flew up the mountain about 1000 yards from our house. We tracked him all day. He was high up in the trees calling to us but couldn't fly down. Having done business with MTS in the past, we reached out. Alex said that he could have an arborist out to us that afternoon. They had never done bird retrieval before, but we had nothing to lose by trying. Our parrot was getting more and more tired and hungry. He's a very tame bird and loves all people... he was 100-150' up a tall fir tree.

Here's what we did: Kristopher the arborist went up a tree adjacent to Peanut's tree. Peanut had also been in the tree previously that the arborist chose. He brought up his bird backpack carrier and treats. Peanut started doing his "alarm call" when the climber was closer to his level. So the arborist put our voices on speaker phone on his cell and we started calling him. Peanut flew to the arborist!! We had given him walnuts, Peanut's favorite treat. After he ate a few treats, the arborist was able to get him to step up and finally got him in the backpack for the ride down.

This parrot is beloved by all in our family. We couldn't be happier!

Your crew did an excellent job of removing the tree and cleanup except for one minor problem. There was damage done to a couple of shingles on the neighbors roof at 5607 So Mullen St. Your crew indicated they would repair any damage done. However the neighbor indicated today they were not happy with the way the repair was done and also a lot of debris was left in the gutter. Hopefully you will come back and repair and clean up the neighbor’s roof to their satisfaction.

MTS/Hector and his crew have done three projects for us. A retaining wall, driveway drainage (in preparation for asphalt) and one landscaping project. He works efficiently and produces quality work at a fair price. If you are looking for a landscape contractor, you won’t find anyone better.

I had reached out to MTS due their past reviews and wasn't disappointed. We were having some drainage issues at our house since we were digging up the yard to put in new drainage, we used this as an opportunity to update the landscaping in the front and the back yards. We added landscape lighting and irrigation as well as hardscaping (new paver patio and new flagstone patio). I can not say enough good things about the crew: Hector and his team were communicative, professional and my goodness hardworking. The ownership and landscaper designers - Alex & Jessica - were heavily involved from the beginning and kept us to date with progress. Whenever something came up - and something always does on projects of this size - they were right there to help get things back on track and address our concerns. While Matt's Tree Service makes you think of trees, I would highly recommend them for anything dealing with your landscaping needs!

I hired MTS Tree & Landsape to do a project in my house which included dropping two tall and thick trees (Required permit) and many smaller and thinner trees and cutting big branches of very tall tree. It was a big project. They did a great job. The result was better than I expected.
I looked up many companies for this project, most of them did not even bother to come on site to look at the project and wanted to provide quotes by pictures which was hard in my case because It was hard to see the detail because of density of trees. MTS sent Lars to look at the project very fast. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked through the property and checked areas carefully and suggested items that needed to be done. He provided quotes the same day.
MTS sent Tom and three others to complete the projects. He was also friendly and professional. He listened to my requests carefully and addressed all my requests and concerns. They cleaned the street and lawn very well as if they had never been here.
I am very happy with the work they have done and I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Alex and team were great. However, the communication and scheduling were challenging and frustrating.

We have laid in full for the service we received and then after completion received another invoice with no warning or communication. Please delete this invoice.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They trimmed all of the large trees on our property up to 25’ and cleaned up all of the debris. I’ve already set up a reminder in my calendar to have them come back in 3 years!

Excellent, courteous customer communication and service. Quality work done exactly to contract including minor adjustments per my request at end of job walk-around. Hard to find a knowledgeable arborist team so I am very pleased.

When getting into the quote, the person providing the quote showed up an hour early and I wasn’t there yet, so he took guidance from my teenage son rather than be on time and understand my real needs.

My first attempt at scheduling the work, they reached out 24 hours in advance and I couldn’t make it work. The second attempt, we scheduled and I took time off from work and they no showed.

We rescheduled the next day because I could not take another day off from work just for tree service and they assured me it would be in accordance with my instructions. I needed it away from the fence most importantly, but then trimmed every where else. I got home and it looks beautiful but it is still hanging over the fence which was the most important thing I needed done.

They were very friendly and polite and did excellent work but they did not listen to me at all and they were horrible at sticking to a schedule which should be a bare minimum based on what they charge.

They arrived at ythe appointed time and finished the cutting and sweeping in 90 minutes as I watched. I now await hauling the logs away and will remit payment. I will keep you in mind if stumps work is needed by the driveway repairer.

I am a former customer, which is why this company has my phone number. They send promotional texts with annoying frequency; I usually report them as spam and move on. This time, they followed an unsolicited promo with a pressure-filled follow-up when I didn’t respond.

I explicitly told them to stop. Their response was an apology paired with “we’ll make a note of it,” which tells me this behavior is routine, not accidental. That alone is enough for me to block the number and take my business elsewhere.

Using past customer contact information for repeated promotional outreach, then minimizing a clear boundary request, reflects poor judgment and weak respect for consent. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism or basic respect for personal boundaries.

Great experience from start to finish! Had a very large tree that was starting to lean and MTS handled the permitting, tree removal, and even recommended new replacement trees that just recently got planted! They look healthy and it’s been fun checking on them each day! Highly recommend!

This company hires telemarketers to spam text people behind fake numbers. If you’re someone who hates dealing with spam texts, put your money to good use elsewhere and stop giving these guys your business until they change.

I asked Tony A. to provide me with the name of the company he’s paying to spam text me and he refused, so I let him know I’d be leaving this review. The offer still stands- help me unsubscribe from your spam (which I never signed up for) and I’ll happily remove this review.
