We had our move out cleaning done by Jeny and her team. She was extremely professional and amicable. Most cleaners I know would make a fuss for last minute changes to the appointment. But Jeny was very polite and accommodating to change our timings. She also spent more than 7 hours at our home cleaning every nook and corner, the house looked move in ready for the new owners. I thank her from the bottom of my heart as she is a very hardworking individual who takes her job very seriously.

Poor Diana was tasked with cleaning a very dirty rental before I moved in. I was very particular and the most random things were dirty, specifically the walls and the blinds - it's as if someone sprayed juice all around and then didn't clean it so that dirt just stuck to random places. And the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. So gross.

Diana cleaned it all, she could have been in a sour mood, because I was so particular, but she wasn't. She cleaned everything with a smile and was eager to meet my expectations.

Tried this service for the first time recently, it was horrible enough that I question the legitimacy of many of theses reviews. I’ve had other cleaning service before and this was worse in every way, and unprofessional business practices to boot.

Cleaning crew came and only 1 person, not ideal for large house, but okay I’ll give them a chance. Person was nice enough, but cleaning was slow and not thorough. Toilet seats still dirty etc. it went so slowly that I told her not to do the downstairs and just get it over with. Cost me $260 and left with only a partially clean house.

For comparison, prior service with different outfit cost $220, sent two people, cleaned the whole place very thoroughly in under 2 hours.

Now the kicker, I’m ready to pay the cleaner immediately but she communicates that company will contact me, annoying but ok. Did tip her because she prob needed the money. They text me shortly thereafter with info, I figure I’ll get to it within a day or two but within the next 24 hours, I receive multiple texts, a call, and then they send the cleaner back to our house to get payment, waking up my wife while I’m at work.

Horrible in every way. AVOID
