Couldn't recommend enough! Came out same day to give an estimate for cutting down a tree that was about to blow over and damage my property. Gave a very reasonable price, and was willing to go above and beyond to help out before it could fall over. By far the easiest company I've ever worked with!

We had quite a bit of overdue maintenance needed on our property. Ryan and his crew were phenomenal! They were honest, fair priced and worked hard to make sure things were done to our satisfaction. Excellent communication from the entire team from start to finish. We could not be happier and would definitely go with them for all future needs.

I read the reviews, and they were excellent - I decided to give them a call, since I had some damage as a result of some recent (heavy) snow activity here in Kalama. Ryan was able to get here the very next day for an estimate - the quickest he could since there were quite a few others who also had issues as a result of this freak weather event!!

He listened to my concerns and had a pretty good idea how to take care of the entire tree. I decided to have him trim another tree as well and that wasn't a problem either. His estimate was quite fair and he said he could be here the next day to take care of both. Bryce and Zack showed up and got started, later Ryan came and worked the problem tree, and together they finished everything within a couple more hours. I am so satisfied with their efforts and pleased with myself that I decided to give them a call.

There is a reason they get so many 5 star reviews and they just got one from me. I will gladly use them again and can recommend them highly for anyone needing work done with their trees!!

Ryan was so fantastic ! We had a large pine branch fall on top of our house that was lodged into the roof . After calling a few other services who were not very helpful we got ahold of Columbia Tree Prof. He answered right away and was very kind and helpful! He knew exactly what to do to help us and he was able to remove the branch within the hour! We are so thankful for his help and his generosity! I first reached out to Ryan nearly 10 years ago to have some trees removed off my property. He was very knowledgeable about all the trees and the details of how they grow and what things to consider when having them removed. Not only was his knowledge of trees and removing them extensive, overall he was very SAFE about doing it! His team was able to rope down each limb very carefully so that none of my flowers or grass was damaged. Friendly, safe, reliable, and professional. They even raked and cleaned up so that no debris or mess was left in my yard. I have used him for ALL of my tree cutting and trimming needs ever since. Good pricing and a true master of the craft. I would highly recommend.

Ryan was quick to respond to my request and was out to give me a reasonable estimate, he was very professional and honest about what did and did not need to be done to my trees. We used this great local small business recently and are so happy we did! Ryan and his father in law Lance were great to work with. Ryan limbed some huge firs and topped a couple of walnut trees and we now have a great view! They are friendly, professional, timely, reasonably priced and safety oriented. I’m a claims adjuster for a large insurance carrier. When I received a claim where a tree fell on an elderly customer’s roof, and he was unable to find a contractor to on his own, I had to do a search for him. I called Ryan and explained the situation and he was out there within a couple of hours removing the tree debris and even taking photos of the damages structures for my assessment.

I cannot express how great it was working with him and how big of a help he was. He also sent the invoice to me directly and his billing was very reasonable for the amount of work.

Ryan and his team came out to trim our two big trees in front of our home. They came out and went above and beyond to trim our trees but also grind down some excess wood we had. Much appreciated and we definitely recommend them for all your tree needs!

Do you have a tree, or 4, that everyone in your neighborhood despises? Be the most popular neighbor on the block and hire Ryan and his crew to make them vamos! We had overgrown Leyland Cypress trees that all of our neighbors hated, so we hired Columbia Tree Professionals and they quickly took care of them for us. Not only did they make sure everyone's property around us was safe, but watching them work was really fascinating! It was seriously impressive.

My neighbor and I share stairs leading up to our property. The stairs were 15 years old and were made of lumber and rock which began to seperate. B & B came out gave us a very competitive bid and we selected them to come out and repair our stairs as well as some work (hillside stair repair and french drain installation) on my property. The result of all of the work was magnificient. The stairs and upper area (paved) was beautiful. The french drain and stair repair were also magnificient. Overall the work and price was reasonable. The crew was very professional and always responsive and on time. Anytime they were going to be late we were told. Overall the work was outstanding and the business side were easy to work with always answering questions and being very patient with our questions. I intend to use them again for another project and I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding work for the value. I have had B&B Landscaping come out twice to work on my property and have been totally satisfied with the work they do and the time it takes them to complete the projects. I've had them build new steps, rebuild rock retainer wall, and exend the patio with pavers. Would recommend them to anyone.

I paid 2300 bucks for them to remove roots/overburden and lay felt/rock next to my driveway. They sent one young gentleman to get the job done. He took multiple chips out of my new concrete drive way and left areas unfinished. They did come back out to cover most of the areas that were agreed upon. Then I noticed grass growing through the rock. I dug down to find no drive way felt. I know some areas have it but this area does not. I send an email yesterday and received no reply. I will not recommend them nor let myself hire them again. They missed out too, because I was going to pay them to do the driveway on the other side of my house.

Workers were great, however, bids seem highly inflated. Communication was seriously lacking. I asked for several itemized options, and while, I understand this can be annoying, I had a specific budget. I would have been able to pay around 4k for a retaining wall around a small portion of the firepit they installed, but, I think because Id turned down their quote of over 10k for a 50 foot retaining wall - they never even answered a text about a smaller one around the pit.

In response to the business response below - no the last quote for a smaller retaining wall went underanswered. I was given a quote for 50 feet of retaining wall and an estimate of over 10k, then asked for just a smaller one around the firepit. Contrary to what you said, the request for a smaller retaining wall quote went ignored. This wall likely would have been in the realm of my affordability, but again the text to the site manager went unanswered. I was instructed by your worker to speak with the main site manager if I wanted anything else done, and that's what I did. She mentioned to do this to save costs on bringing machinery out.
In regards to being accused of indecision on my part. The pit was much deeper than I anticipated and presented new unforeseen issues, such as a side retaining wall. That requires more communication and talks about retaining walls. And again, I was then quoted only an option for a 50 foot retaining wall, but a smaller one around the pit - that quote request went ignored. I'm guessing, and it seems it's accurate by what you wrote, you assumed a smaller one wasn't in my budget.

Personally, I'd just recommend a clearer picture and grasp on what people are asking for when you come out. It really didn't seem like what I was looking for was understood or that I was even being fully listened to. Also, doing buisiness with a landscaping company, I'd expected someone to present some sort of idea options other than bark, but things thrown at me were very basic.

And, I'm sorry - but B and B, you did not know my budget. The 50 foot option presented was turned down, but AGAIN, a smaller retaining wall request quote went ignored. My budget was in the 4 to 5k range for that, but no one even answered the text. And indecision on my part? Again, you're workers recommended I contact you the actual days they were there working to ask about any other work they could possibly do and quotes. Of course there is indecision when quotes for retaining walls given to you that day were over 10k. The exceptionally high price was why I wanted to discuss the smaller retaining wall around the pit, yet got no response to that. We never talked about how much I could afford if I couldn't do 10k.

Another sidenote - you're stating that your net gain didn't include emails and texts regarding quotes. Wow. When workers tell me to contact you and they are waiting on what we are going to agree to do because they had a window to do more with machinery there - how else was I supposed to contact you? You may not appreciate an honest review, but gashlighting your customers is distasteful

This place was great. They showed up 5 minutes before scheduled and got the work done! Reasonable prices and great work! They do it all also from a simple edge design to a full artificial turf install, which we had done! These guys know their stuff and do it well! I would recommend this place to start we got other quotes and this place was vastly less expensive and way more professional!

B&B Landscaping did a fabulous job installing our new grass in the front of our house and re-seeding the grass in the backyard. They were efficient, responsive and the sod was very good quality. We would highly recommend them!
