Technician arrived on time and put on shoe coverings anytime he was inside my house. My system is approximately 10 years and has been maintained annually by Carlson’s. Our system continues to function well saving me money with heat pump savings. The technician appears to thoroughly checkout the inside and outside units of the system. He was courteous and gave me recommendations that are helpful to ensure the system continues working well. I will not hesitate to have Carlson’s perform the annual maintenance again next year and recommend this company to others.

Sent in my info a few times for a quote. A month later, have yet to get a call or response.

Edit* Denali and Feltons were great, sent my info after hours and they responded within a couple hours of opening and could schedule next day.

Edit** I rarely post anything, so I don't know how to do a proper response. I checked my call logs and have not received a call, text, email, or voicemail until 5/7/24. I had a pleasant call today, but then I get home and see this post saying "contact was unsuccessful". No contact was attempted! I will not let you put the blame on me. I only had a response after leaving a review.

I recently completed my new Daikin inverter hvac system install.
I have used Carlsons for more than 20 years their service has always been above and beyond the call I thank Amy, Andrea, Robert and Dimitri for those years of service.

On to my new system the quote was accurate the installation date was accurate and install was completed in superior manor with no interruption in my life. I thank Dak ,Amy,Andrea Dimitri,Daniel,Tyler and Dallas.

Any hvac needs you may have in the Cowlitz county area will be well met and I highly recommend Carlsons.

I purchased a home in Longview in Sept 2024. I called Carlson's on June 9 upon realizing my a/c was not cooling nor even blowing much air. The previous owner had a service contract with Carlson's that was non-transferable according to Carlson's. I paid almost $650 for a 30 US run capacitor ($309.35) plus $289 for a "trip charge" plus tax. I spoke with another local HVAC company and was told that $650 was very high for what I received and it should've costed around $500 tops. So, buyer beware: find a more affordable service if you need HVAC service in Longview/Kelso. I used Carlson's because they installed the unit and I didn't expect the warranty to be null and void.

I bought a house in Longview just over a year ago. The heat pump was living on borrowed time as it was 18 years old. I dreaded replacing the heat pump and air handler because it's expensive a dozen things could go wrong during installation.

After doing my homework, I chose Carlson's to provide and install a Daikin heat pump and air handler. I am so glad I did.

The scheduling went like clockwork. Michael and Chris arrived on time and after a couple of minutes of discussing the project, I left the house for the day. When I returned, the new heat pump was installed and everything was put back right where I left it. You couldn't tell anything had happened except that the heat pump/air handler were different. More importantly, everything is working great. The house is warm and comfy and the two units are QUIET.

I highly recommend Carlson's for their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail.

Called Carlson's because we had no heat. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and had us back up and running ASAP! Which was great news because the temperature was going to dip to 25 degrees overnight. Great people, great company.

Furnace died leaving the house at 55deg. Called Andrea at Carlsons on Monday. Demeri was out to assess the problem that afternoon. We assessed repair vs replacement based on quotes Andrea made available early Tuesday morning. Decided replacement was the way to go. Carlsons crew was on the job Thursday and the new furnace was up and running smoothly by Friday afternoon.
Responsive, efficient and effective in all aspects of their service. What more can we say.

Carlsons heating across the board made a stressful time for us a lot better. Our electric forced air furnace finally gave up the ghost so we had a new HVAC system installed. In an age where rude, ineptness is generally the norm when dealing with many businesses, dealing with Carlsons really stood out in stark contrast. They also made sure to pass on every possible deal and rebate available.
