Seattle pro wash came out to clean our condominium gutters. They were so affordable and did such an amazing job that we had them come back and pressure wash our whole condo. Again great value and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them to help you with whatever needs cleaning for your home.

If you miss good old fashion quality service, you will find it here. These guys are the best - on time, quality workmanship, and at a fair price. We have had them do several cleaning jobs and the results are always the same FANTASTIC. I wish I could do more than 5-stars.

These guys did a great job! They sent me a price quote very quickly after I inquired. I accepted the quote, and we scheduled for 2 days later. They were very communicative about scheduling updates. I’ve used them several times now. I Highly recommend them!!

Dylan and team did a beautiful job decorating our house with Christmas lights. Dylan was quick to reply to our inquiry, provide a quote, and we had lights up within the week! The installation was fast and very professional. The lights have functioned flawlessly. We called a couple different services and Dylan’s price was the best! Dylan went above and beyond! He helped me put on a temporary fix for a hole on my roof. He paid a lot of attention to details and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I had 5 different quotes for gutter & roof cleaning, and Dylan was by far the best.

He came out, inspected the roof himself, and showed me photos of what needed to be done (I have a 3 story townhouse without roof access, so I couldn't judge these things for myself).

His prices were competitive and he did not try to upsell me on extras. He explained the details and benefits of each offering, and provided clear and honest recommendations.

Throughout the whole process Dylan was proactive and communicative. Easy to schedule and reschedule. The work was done quickly and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves, and showed me pictures of the final work. 5/5 stars. I would recommend Dylan to anyone in need of roof / gutter work.

Great experience with this business! Dylan was wonderful to work with, prompt, reliable, transparent about pricing the process, explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect. His team was right on time on the day of the services and got through a bunch of stuff quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Seattle ProWash!

I do not recommend this kid. When he came out to provide an estimate he was all over the place. He answered his phone in the middle of talking to me, spent at least 15-20 minutes making a Tik-tok in my driveway. Then proceeded to tell me that I "Didn't understand what was best for me." I've been a general contractor for over 30 years and simply asked for an estimate to pressure wash my concrete driveway and sidewalk to the backyard. He has continued to call me and at one point told me that "I wasn't going to find someone better."

**Update**
This guy ended up doing the same thing at my neighbors. I hadn't spoken to them until I saw him pressure washing their driveway. They said they wont be using him for similar reasons, but also because he left streaks on the driveway. Photo attached.

They were responsive and reasonable in pricing. Did a great job with my grimy gutters getting them white again. Roof looks good, too. The only thing is some of my windows were left with soap spots and streaks. I do have a lot of windows, but the front door and side panel made of glass were the streakiest. This is an easy to reach area, so I dont know why these were overlooked in checking for good work. Still, I would recommend and I’d call them again.

Updated: Dylan saw the review and came back 2 days later to address the problem window panels. Such good service! All is looking good now.

Prowash has very good service and did an excellent job they made my metal roof brand new again. I recommend these guys to everyone and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing these guys again.
