We initially sought out Seattle ProWash for roof cleaning services, but Dylan presented all services available and walked us through the process. We ended up having them do a roof cleaning with treatment, gutter cleaning, pressure wash of our paved patio, walkways, and driveway, as well as window cleaning. They were flexible in setting up an appointment and were in touch via text to confirm. They communicated clearly when they would arrive and showed up promptly. We were very happy with the results. Dylan and Aiden were professional, helpful, and thorough.

We had Dylan and his crew do our Christmas lights with his other company, and we were so impressed with the professionalism and quality that we had Seattle ProWash come and clean my mother in law's roof. After the bomb cyclone, we knew things were a mess up there, but not sure how bad. There were a lot of little branches, and the gutters were completely clogged. They did a very thorough job cleaning the roof and the gutters, and when they finished they gave the house a good wash and blew the driveways clear too. Very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work! Will definitely have them out again, if we have more gutter troubles.

My experience with them was seamless from be booking to appointment. Dylan’s team kept me updated throughout the process with before and after photos.
The price are fair. I would highly recommend them.

Great company and easy to work with. I don't dare to step on my roof, so I am happy to pay someone else to do it. They have done a number of different services on my house, all of which have been excellent. I've had them routinely clean out my gutters and hang my Christmas lights. Additionally, they will clean the roof from moss and put a protective layer. All great work, and very easy to do business with.

My experience with Seattle pro wash has always been very good. They follow up on my calls, they use modern scheduling software that sends text confirmation/reminders which I like. On site they have always been very professional and Conscientious about their work and quality of the work, and I will definitely use them again in the future

Dylan is prompt, attentive to details and caring. He power washed our front driveway and back yard. The work was meticulously done and he made sure all the furniture was moved back in place before leaving. He even cleaned our side walkway! I will be sure to get them to come back again next year!

Really happy with the work the Seattle Pro Wash team did to clean the transparent roof of my backyard pergola. It's a pretty high structure and a bit awkward to access, but they had the skills and tools to do the job right. The roof looks like new again. Quick friendly and efficient, highly recommended!

Excellent service, he came in with a couple days of the rains, and during. Dylan kept us up to date before our scheduled time stating he may be a little late and asked if we still had time. We did and he was only a few minutes late. He gave a wonderful job. I wanted to wait a few months to write a honest review and the roof still looks amazing. We want to use his services every year so it doesn't get as bad as it had became. I had never used such a service before, and assumed the service also came with cleaning the mess on the ground and siding of what he blew off, but it didn't. We do plan on a yearly roof cleaning from him, if he offers that.

I have been using Seattle prowash every year for more than 5 years now, to get my gutter and roof cleaned. They are professional, do a thorough job, clean up well after they are done. They also click pictures of the gutters and roof after they are done to show how clean it is. The owner Dylan, once even pressure washed my driveway, same day for a terrific price. dylan and his team did an amazing job cleaning the gutters, roof, and skylights of my home. they also sprayed the windows and cleaned up the debris that came off the roof, which was greatly appreciated! i will definitely be using them again in the future.

Seattle Pro Wash did an outstanding job cleaning my roof and gutters. The roof had a lot of dark streaks and buildup, and after they finished it honestly looked almost brand new again. You can tell they know the proper soft-wash process because everything was cleaned thoroughly without any damage.

They also cleaned out the gutters completely and made sure everything was flowing properly before they left. The crew was professional, on time, and took the time to do the job right instead of rushing through it.

Dylan is great to work with. He quoted a great price to clean our roof removing moss and treating to prevent its regrowth. Got under the solar panels too! Washing the solar panels left them clean as new. I’m very happy with his service and recommend him.
