The installers did a wonderful job and cleaned up nicely. Better yet, they were patient with me as they showed me how to install the app to control the lighting.

The response was quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family, friends or acquaintances. Empire Electric technician and customer service representative were very friendly and helpful. The technician arrived sooner than expected. My 91 year old mother’s home was without AC on a hot day. The technician found and solved the issue quickly.

I called Empire Electric about a problem I was having with some lighting and the electrical panel. They arrived the same day fixed my lighting problems and found the electrical panel to be damaged. They scheduled a replacement for the next day. Their service was amazing and prompt. After seeing their pricing I was very pleased as well.

Needed new electrical panels in my rentals and after getting quotes from other contractors Empire Electric USA was the contractor I went with. Fantastic choice! Great work, on time, a cool group of guys who hit the ground running. Everything was taken care of as far Permits and getting in contact with PUD to shut the power off. We we connected with Empire Electric USA through AHS. They were fast, efficient & courteous, from the receptionist/scheduler to the electrician that came to do the repair to our kitchen ceiling lights. And on time, got here when they said they would. We would recommend them.

Quoted a fair price. The electrician and his helper hit the job running finished in a timely matter and I didn’t have to clean up after them. This is the second time they have done work for me. If I need anything else to do with electrical thet will be my only call.

Empire Electric installed a level 2 car charger for me. The price was fair, the work was excellent quality, and the crew was professional. I will definitely call them again for any future work.

I asked Empire Electric to come out for some outlets at our dental office that weren’t working. The technician, Jeremiah, was friendly, on time and quickly went to work. The great news was that it was just a GFCI outlet that needed to be reset. He didn’t charge me for the visit and told me he would be there for us when we did have an issue. I definitely will call them in the future. Highly recommend them!
