Haley, from the office, is responsive and friendly. Matt, the electrician, is a genuinely nice guy, very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I had items the inspector uncovered that needed to be fixed before the sale of my home could go through. I give this team two thumbs up. Will definitely call them if I need any electrical work in the future and highly recommend them.

CREM was able to exceed our expectations on short notice. Their staff from the foreman at the site to the project manager and office staff were very professional, yet down to earth good people. I highly recommend getting them on board with your projects and we will call them again next time we need their services.

My poor mother!! This company will steal your electric exhaust fan, close the ticket, and never answer their phone. We currently have the insurance going after them, and they can't get ahold of them either. We want our fan back that they stole from us. It's a one of a kind, antique. They said they could fix it and walked out with it never to be heard from again. And Miss Evelyn, your inbox is FULL. It has been that way for a few weeks. They don't want our business, they don't want to own up to their mistakes. Sad. Unprofessional. Thieves.

My daughter was experiencing voltage drops in her house. The first Empire Electric crew could not diagnose the problem. However, the owner (Jeremiah) called back. He offered to make a personal visit at no additional charge to see if he could figure out what was going on.
Jeremiah quickly determined that the problem was on the supply side of the meter. We called the power company. They came right out. Thank goodness Jeremiah stayed to talk with them. They initially balked at identifying the problem to be on their side. I would not have been able to be as insistent as Jeremiah was. He left only after the power company agreed to run a new line to the house through the conduit. That solved the problem.

Empire was extremely quick to respond. They were efficient, professional and thorough in correcting my problem. Two huge tree limbs broke off and took some of wires to the house. They completed their work to the house very efficiently. I would definitely call them to work on my house again if needed!!!

the guys knew what they were doing. i have an old house 70+ years old and they knew how to fix the problem i was having in the garage. since its old the wiring is a little different from newer houses and they were able to pin point the problem and fix it right away. they were in and out within an hour.

Jeremiah and his team quoted me on an electrical run out to our new outbuilding. Response was quick and the bid was the lowest of all I called in. When I accepted the bid, his team was there two days later and completed the job quick, clean, and with a smile on their faces. Excellent work, communication, and finish. Our job actually ended up being easier than expected and they even gave us a slight refund, and that's ON TOP of doing some extra work that was outside the original bid. 5 stars, would recommend.

Quick to respond. They were attentive to what I asked for. And really got to my job quickly. I'm not only pleased with the work that was done, but im also very pleased with the price. We now live in a society that charges unbelievable prices for very basic things. The price was less than we thought it would be. This isn't saying charge more. But I promise I will come back because of it. Thank you guys so much for everything.
