I reached out to Crimson to get an estimate for a few smaller jobs I needed done at my house that required an electrician. They responded quickly and Cam came to my house, reviewed the projects, assisted with suggestions, sent me an estimate very quickly and gave me what I felt was a very fair price for the services needed.

Their technician arrived at my house on time and proceeded to complete each project. He was friendly and when he had some issues due to the way my house was built, he walked me through what was going on and was completely transparent. He protected my belongings and furniture while doing the work and cleaned up everything before he left. He even ran to the store to get a replacement part and went above and beyond to give me some of the best service from a contractor I've ever had!

This is an electrician I will definitely be working with in the future and will recommend again and again. Honest, hard working, fair pricing and they did a fantastic job! Thank you Crimson Power!

Horrible customer service.
We were not provided with any estimate or clear pricing, even when asked on the day of service. The work involved a simple breaker replacement, with two technicians sent and approximately 15 minutes on-site. The only description on the bill was “breaker replacement,” yet this does not align with how management later attempted to justify the charges.

The breaker replacement itself was done as a precaution only—there was nothing wrong with the breaker. The actual issue was resolved by removing a light fixture that caused only a few trips over several weeks, which makes the final charges even more questionable.

When we contacted management in search for clarity on the situation , we were given multiple conflicting explanations regarding pricing, including minimum 2 hour billing and per-technician charges, none of which were disclosed upfront. If pricing is per technician, there was no justification provided for sending two technicians for such a basic issue.

Most concerning, during a follow-up call, the manager threatened to blackball us from other electrical companies for leaving a negative review and ended the call using profanity.

Great overall service. Very quick to setup the initial appointment. Installed outdoor soffit lights, both the planning and installation was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend for household electrical needs.

We experienced a sudden issue with our circuit breaker box, late in the business day. I called, spoke with Leslie, and explained the problem and its urgency. While initially told they would try to accommodate us, the schedule was full. Leslie was genuinely concerned and assured me she would do her best. I thanked her, and she called back within five minutes to say she had rearranged the schedule, and a technician would be at our residence by 8 am the next day!

The technician arrived promptly the following morning as promised. He assessed the situation and discussed my options. At that point, the owner, Cam, called to ensure we were being well taken care of. He explained the options and reassured me about the best course of action.

Cam was patient, kind, and compassionate about our circumstances. I was very impressed by the attention and wonderful customer service. The repair was completed promptly and cost-effectively.

I used yelp to connect with Crimson Eletrical to put new light in where none was. They did great by employing a local switch to run the new light and not the bedroom switches as was when we bought it 20years ago. Anyway we’re like normal folks now with a real hall light and a wall switch by door to make the magic. Plus no more bedroom plugs on a switch! Crimson brought magic by no hassle quote, very professional electricians and the guys even cleaned up after themselves which is rare for contractors who come here. So I’m very pleased and glad they did the job!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. I made an appointment after hearing about them from a friend. Nobody showed up so I called to see if he was running late, but nobody answered. I never heard from anyone after the appointment was scheduled.

Miles and his crew should they go to the Olympics of electricians they will get the gold medal, they are serious about work and very fast, I am very happy such a contractor exist in our area.
