First of all, customer service in the Tri-Cities from most small businesses can be...not great, but Columbia Basin has been amazing both times I've had them do work. Network drops on 2 different houses and 2nd house was the most complex. The technicians were #1 Friendly #2 Transparent #3 A lot of fun to have over. They did a great job and worked their butts off. Total price was very reasonable and probably a value compared to most installers. Best of all, I didn't have to do the network runs myself. Thank you!

Our installer was great. Arrived right on time, evaluated our set up, got to it and was done complete with our orientation to the Dish system in a little over an hour. This is the third time we have used Columbia Basin Satellite and didn't even consider going anywhere else.

Great customer service. Installation guy was very knowledgeable and did a nice quick, professional installation. I thought he might have gone thru things a little fast when explaining the remote and how to maneuver around the menus. As soon as he left, I realized I still couldn't remember the basic instructions he gave me. Just as much my fault, however. I'm very happy so far with my service!!

We are very pleased with the service we were provided. The staff was very knowledgeable about ALL of the services and packages that were available to us. They made sure we got the best deal we could. The install was great, on time, and worked before they left. We even decided to order our Charter internet through them and got a discount that Charter would never offer if you dealt with them directly. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

The crew arrived on time, treated us great, did high quality work, were creative in making our situation work. The finished product came out great and exactly how we needed it. They did such a good job we added installation of a bathroom fan. We are also having them come back to install a EV charging outlet for our car.

470 dollars and 45 minutes later, I had a new outlet box wired terminated to my breaker box and the inspector came the next business day. You get what you pay for. Nice job guys n gals.

We were more than pleased with Columbia Basin Satellite & Electric. McKenzie helped us SO much! She set up our Dish TV installation after we had spent two days trying to get through to Dish on their customer service line. Our installer was great and both were very knowledgeable and professional.
Our only complaint is not with Columbia Basin Satellite but with Dish. We're still waiting on local stations and are unable to connect either by phone or on line to set up our auto pay to obtain the additional discount. Dish needs more people like the employees of Columbia Basin Satellite who go out of their way to make the experience better! Thank you all at Columbia Basin Satellite!

I’ve worked with mannnny contractors, these guys are top notch, they went absolutely above and beyond. They pulled 14 cat6 lines for me, and my house has pretty rough and narrow access. They managed to pull it off with little to no drywall damage, if you’ve pulled any cable in a place with bad access…you know that’s an extremely tedious feat. They crushed it in a day. I will 100% be using these guys again in the future and recommending them to my friends and family.
