First of all, the receptionist person had a screaming child in the background. I understand people have WFH arrangements for various reasons but I could tell the receptionists could barely afford to pay attention to me (further proven when I received the invoice & my name was butchered on there.)
I explained that the property that needed work was a rental of mine & confirmed that I would not be present at the time of their assessment. Although I’ve personally never needed to hire an electrician, I’ve had to hire multiple other type of utility workers & never ONCE have I been billed before even speaking with the specialist or have any type of breakdown over their findings. The company did not have any correspondence with me (not that this would fall under my tenant, but she didn’t receive a breakdown either from the electrician) over what was concluded in their visit. Simply 24hrs after the appointment, I had an invoice pop up in my inbox. Now I’m left with the chore of calling hem to figure out what happened, what did they find, what did they do to fix it, etc. Thumbs down for sure.

Camron and his team have completed at least 30 projects for my construction company over the past few years. My customers love working with him and he continues to impress us all with his quality, professionalism and knowledge. Things he does well is answers his phone, shows up on time and completes the job on time.

We use Crimson Power for all of our electrical needs both personally and for our business. Cameron is knowledgeable, responsive, and creative with how to best complete jobs. I would rely on him for any service work, new installs, or remodels!

Cam and his team came out and installed an extra circuit to supplement additional load for our deep freeze.

We hired Crimson Power based upon a referral from our landscape contractor. Had several projects to complete, including: Spa and Sauna wiring, running electrical power to several outdoor locations, and a ceiling fan install. The crew at Crimson Power were professional and efficient. They asked great questions to insure our current and future needs were met. Edit: After seeing this review, Crimson reached out and showed up within the hour. It wasn't explained exactly what happened, but they made it right so I can recommend them now.

I scheduled an appointment with these guys after seeing all the good reviews. I confirmed the appointment but nobody showed up. They didn't even have the decency to call and explain why the appointment was missed. I would recommend you find someone else to do business with.

Crimson power is a great contractor to work with, they communicate well with us as a general contractor building pools and Hardscape’s. They do a fast and efficient job with a competitive fair price. I highly recommend them!
