Jayden called before arriving, satisfying my expectation for proactive communication and allowing me to ensure he had unfettered access to the yard in a manner that allowed effective application, without worry of sprinklers being on, having a dog roaming, and having easy access to treatment areas. He was communicative of plans for treatment, listened to concerns I had about past applications and current issues, and called upon completion of services. He seems knowledgeable, approachable, and confident. I appreciate his service and look forward to great results, like usual. I expect Senske to keep me the envy of the neighborhood with regard to lush, green, weed-free lawn. Thanks!

Jose was polite and answered all of my questions. I appreciate him getting rid of Wasp nest as I am highly allergic. Good Job Jose.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and kind. Very thoughtful of our dog and makes sure to tell us when she can go back out.

Kyle from Senske Services provided excellent lawn care service today. He even took a few minutes to move some heavy flower pots for me. 😊

I have used senske off and on for 16 years for insect control and honestly no one beats them. I did leave for a bit do to poor customer service in the office but after getting a call to come back have had nothing but positive experiences. Dex came out today. First time I have met him and he did a very thorough job. He was also very patient and kind. Would be thrilled to have him service our home again for pest control.

Excellent job the guys worked for 4 hours in the cold and paid attention to the details.

Hi….looks like he did the usual good job in the front yard planters, but didn’t see him do the back yard. No ring on the doorbell today but did get an email. Was here for 7 minutes, so that’s why he probably didn’t do the back yard.

Still waiting to hear back from anyone at Senske. When they reply to your review and say “We would like to discuss this further” it’s a LIE. They don’t care to discuss anything further. They instead would just rather you cancel your services (which is where they will transfer your call to when you have any sort of frustration). And if you ask for to speak with a manager “they are out in the field and not available” ???? So you won Senske 👏🏻👏🏻 our services are now CANCELLED.

We are finishing out the season with Senske but will not continue services in our next home. The technicians we deal with on property have been great and knowledgeable, but I am not impressed with the office staff. 100 % WOULD NOT recommend.

Kyle P. did an excellent job with the lights. My house is so pretty now for Christmas. They turn on and off just as I wanted. Very clean job. Thank you.

Senske has always been on top of our needs theyre very punctial and communicate when theres a delay or need to reschedule. Jose was friendly and quick at getting the job done highly recommend this company

Eric gave absolute great customer service! He was very knowledgable, gave great information and did a very thorough job with our pest, mosquito and rodent control.

Reece did a great job, once he finally arrived. But I have been rescheduled about 6 times since the end of February. There were 3 times it was rescheduled due to weather, and the other 3 were not. But way too much time elapsed between rescheduled appts, so I am not happy. It doesn't do any good to put preemergant down at the end of April. It needs to be down no later than the end of March.

Tom was very professional while servicing our property. He listened to my concerns an focused on areas that I wanted looked at.
It was windy today so I didn't think he would be able to spray but he took the time and waited for the wind to die down to spray and completed the job.

I’ve been with Senske for about the last eight years. I’ve only had one major problem and they came out and fixed it. Their prices were better than the company I was using before and so I’ve been with them ever since. I get lawn services, pest control services, Tree and shrub services and if I need anything in between, they’ll come out to help me. Every tech that has come out so far has been very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable whenever I have questions!

We had contracted for tree removal. We paid in advance ($3250). Senske came out 4 days later but without a Boom truck so they were only able to cut one very minor (small) tree out of the four we had contracted for. This is the last we saw of them with Senske citing truck breakdown, and then the „ cutter“ having a stroke. All unfortunate problems but not our problem. After one month, We requested a refund, they sent us $1084. Senske has been difficult to reach and certainly not fair in their transaction with us. Now well have to go to small claims court to recover the short fall. We’d used Senske on 2 prior occasions with no problems. We are surprised and disappointed with their poor service.

Lane sprays our house every quarter and he is awesome!! He is very respectful of our space and also very knowledgeable of the product. Would highly recommend!!

Our Tech today was Daniel and he was extremely helpful explaining affects of the Fungicide application as well as numerous other questions I had about future lawn care since this is first year I used SENSKE.

I wouldn't give this company 1 star, they took 141 and some change out of my account unauthorized, after an investigation is was determined no services were provided and I have text proof showing we did not want services. They tell me ill get a refund of the 141 that will be issued in 7 to 10 days so I wait 2 weeks call and they said they sent a check in the mail instead of returning the money the same way it was taken. Another week to 2 go by I call again and today now im told oh we are supposed to advise it could be 4 to 6 weeks once a check is mailed? That sounds super suspicious to me. A company that takes money from someone and does not provide the service but took money, now your making that person fight for their refund back. I would not do business with these people if this is how they handle their customer service for their own wrong doing. I understand mistakes happen but you owe that money so unless the check is coming from another country there's no excuse for a 4 to 6 week wait time after a check is absurd. Dont do business with these people unless you can afford to lose the money because getting anything back your entitled to is not a priority to these people. They were quick on the spot to take it but content with 2 to 3 months for me to wait for the return of my money they didnt have permission to withdraw. Do not give your bank information to these people because even if you cancel services they will debit your card and you will wait months on end for money back. Even if I were at fault, an investigation determined the money was not supposed to be taken and will be returned and here we are still fighting to get it back.
