Nicholas winterized our sprinkler system this afternoon. He did an excellent thorough job. He was very friendly and seemed very happy. He was informative about what he was doing and how the whole process went. I am very happy with Nicholas and the job that he performed.

I usually don’t do surveys anymore, because they’ve lost the acknowledgment for the employee, for a more “routine” value of the business. This is an exception and this is for the employee. I get monthly services to pest spray around my house. The last two visits they’ve sprayed my neighbor’s house and the last two visits I’ve called to correct my address. Saturday 3/14, Ashley called me before she got to my house, in order to prep me of her arrival, and I didn’t think about mentioning my address. Later, going through my Security cameras records, I noticed Ashley was at my neighbors gate after just arriving. After a minute standing there, she walked away. She took small things from our conversation, and quickly realized she was led to the wrong home. She recognized something I had said and noticed that the neighbor’s house didn’t match. Needless to say, she saved you guys money by not accidentally spraying my neighbors yard again. I love the thoughtful thinking in people like that. She did the same TLC in her work, too, when she was able to finally get underway with my house. -Without getting into the snags around my house—She spotted areas with issues that needed attention; she took note, contacted me, and solved it, keeping it conveniently out of the way for me.
Senske, Ashlie is an exceptional person, let alone, an employee. I know other customers have seen and felt the same as I do, too. I guarantee it, because it’s Completely obvious. Initially in calling me, she was so joyful in her greeting. She brought that True care to the customer. And with finally watching her work, getting full updates, her performance appeared so natural.
She’s Absolutely Conscientious. And that’s rare.
Lastly, She’s also the only reason I’ll ever fill out a survey!

Elia’s was awesome!! He was very professional and answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge and even checked on Aeration’s for me!!

Mariha and another tech came and did Aeration’s and they did a great job!!

Excellent service, very pleasant man showed up on time, sprayed inside our home, our garage, and my shop, then sprayed around the entire outside. We have experienced a lot of Spiders lately and this afternoon following the spraying we could actually see dead bugs lying on the yard and some in the process of vacating the property. Lane did an amazing job in a very short period of time. We are very happy.

Second time our yard was burned when Senske did vegetation control. After the first time we considered it a one off and gave them another chance. The grass was just starting to grow back when they killed it again. I contacted them last week and have yet to get a response. We have used them for many services over the years and have spent a lot of money with them. You would think they would value our business and get back to us within a day or two. We canceled all of our services and at this point I would not recommend them to anyone. We are moving our services to another company.

Brianna and her helper did a fantastic job! Brianna came wearing a Santa Clause hat and a Christmas smile and attitude. She and her helper did a fantastic job with the lights. I just couldn’t be happier with the way it all turned out. Brianna also gave me a few tips for next year. I’m very happy and thankful! Thank you so much, Ginger

Jacob treated our shrubs. He noticed the new plants and garden veggies. Jacob took the time to ask which plants were new so he wouldn’t risk killing them or edible so he would keep treatment 6 feet away. He did a great job explaining the treatment.

Ashlie did a great job!
She communicated when she would be at our property and made sure to treat all areas and fill bait stations!
Would love to have her always be our technician:)

Scheduling is a whole other thing that I feel Senske can really work on.

I am a real estate agent and received a free estimate for my client this past year. The person showed up, on time, and provided us with a quote without any pressure to hire them. My client has not ordered the work to be done, so I can't speak about their service, but so far it has been good.

They were really great to work with! Not always best to go with the lowest estimate but, these guys were fantastic! I did not even have to pick up a twig!

We had a sycamore tree pruned (pollard) that had not been pruned since 2012, it was a mess.... Boyd's bid was reasonable, Their employees were courteous, skilled, and efficient, and the tree looks wonderful. We highly recommend Boyd's Tree Service.

Promptly responsive from estimate thru completed job! Great crew quickly removed Spruce tree, chipped up tree, cleaned the area, even took care of an item that had not been included in the estimate. Very reasonable cost; excellent work!

What a fantastic job these guys did! In and out and job well done! Not only cut down the trees, but stump grinding and took it all with them! 100% will be contacting David again when I’m ready to take out more! Very professional and great work.

Arrived at 7am when the agreed upon time was 10am. Quoted us $575 for one branch and the final bill was $624. When this was brought up on the phone when the bill was due the man who took our phone call was extremely pushy and rude. Very condescending. My friend was worried she wouldn't have enough money to pay because shes on an extremely fixed income. I helped pay $300 of the bill and he continued to sound unprofessional and rude. The entire bill was paid the same day with no issues. But I heard the phone call and he would not give her the time of day. She even asked for him to come see how many branches were cut to compare to the original quote and he LAUGHED and said " you just said your happy with the work that was done". They should learn to respect their customers. My friend was nothing but nice and asking normal questions. $49 might not seem like a lot to some people but to others it is. And who seriously shows up 3 hours early??? And they never explained why $49 was added on. They just got rude.

Professional, excellent job, and responded immediately. We had 2 tall trees at our business that were leaning due to wind damage. Rudy and his team took care of this in a timely manner and left our property in immaculate condition. Used their services twice before and never disappointed.

had two very very tall bushes and several weed trees that were very close to the power line and i have struggled to kill. I called Boyd's gentleman came quoted the price and we scheduled a time. they came while i was at work and they are gone. Amazing work i totally trust Boyd to get the job done.

This afternoon I had a bunch of giant dying arborvitae in my front yard and a few short hours later they were a thing of the past. Boyd does great work in a timely manner and are very professional. We'll be utilizing their services in the near future without a doubt.

I called Boyd's to help us get rid of our yard waste. All the others were unavailable for a small job. The came out in a day, cleared our mess and for a reasonable cost. Thank you for being so quick.

As a result of the winds in the Tri Cities on Friday Nov 4, 2022 a number of trees were down; one of which was mine. I woke up to the sounds of chain saws everywhere. I got my saw out and proceeded to dismantle my tree and put the pieces in my trailer for a trip to the land fill. After all the work, the stump remained.

Throughout the week I asked a number of contractors removing the down trees if they would give me an estimate on removing the stump. I got promises but no one showed up.

Yesterday, Nov 10, 2022, Boyd's was working on the neighbors trees and parked a truck in the front of my house. I told them my story and asked for an estimate and went back in the house. To my surprise Boyd's crew was in my yard with a front loader and removed the stump and repaired the area. When I asked them for a bill, they said that the effort only took 20 minutes and would not let me compensate them. How often do you think that would happen in our society today?

Had two trees taken down 2 years ago and finally a very large Maple tree in front yard this past week. All went very smoothly . I will use them again in the future as I still have larger trees growing that will need to come later.
