I got quotes from 3 different places and chose Boyd's because of price AND how confident their estimator was in their teams' ability to do the job without disturbing any nearby power lines or neighbors. I had a tree removed, an overgrown wisteria cut away to ensure it grows healthy next year, and they removed all the unwanted debris. Everything was completed exactly as desired and they took the time to clean up so my yard looked great! I'm incredibly happy with Boyd's Tree Service and their team.

Boyds tree service did an amazing job from start to finish! We had several arborvitaes that needed to be removed. The crew said they would not leave until we were happy with the job. How nice is that! They were very competitive in their pricing as well. We would definitely recommend them! Thank you Boyds.

I had a bad experience with this buisness. Under contract it was stated that they would cut and leave the wood from the removal at specific lengths of 12"-16" for us to split for fire wood. They failed to do so leaving massive pieces of wood from the trunk that not even 2 people can move. While they were removing the tree they accidentaly dropped a log on my porch and cracked 4 boards. They pointed out only 2 boards that had been broken not all 4. They offered to replace the boards. I did let them know it was 4 not 2. They gave me time and date, they did not show. The following week they showed up without notice. Not an issue but not professional at all. After fixing 2 boards they sat there and asked me if I wanted them to fix the other 2 that had been broken during the job. I told them yes from the beginning I had said fix what had been broken by them. They argued with me about fixing them because there were other boards broken not by them before they started the job. I explained to them that I only wanted what they broke repaired, not what was already broken/cracked prior. They expressed they were not happy at all about the situation and were adament about not wanting to repair the damage they caused. I finaly convinced them so the continued to get more material to replace the boards they had broken. Some of the material they used was cracked along the whole board. At this point I am just tired of dealing with the situation I paid about 3500 and still had to go buy a chainsaw to be able to minimize the size of the wood they left that we could not move or do anything with due to the fact that they failed to do what we contracted them for and leave it at a certain size for it to be workable by my family and i.

Boyd's Tree Service removed a willow tree for us. They cut it down very quickly and hauled away all of the mess.
I would definitely recommend their company.

From the person at the office, the guy that came out to do the estimate to the crew that did the work; this was a great company to work with. Friendly, polite and courteous. Did exactly what we asked for during the estimate. Even let my granddaughter show them her rollie pollie bug! I would definitely recommend Boyds and use their service again!

I'm just giving 5 stars because the owner. Man is legit. Had an issue, talked to the owner and he cleared up all confusion and even directed me to the PUD guy I had to chat with. Need trees removed or trimmed? Call these guys.

Had a 35-40’ dead aspen, they were quick and professional. Couldn’t even tell they were there once they cleaned up. Amazing job

I watched as a crew from Boyd’s cut down six trees in the yard across the street from me. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They obviously knew what they were doing. And they worked so well together. I certainly recommend them.

23 pine trees gone in 3 days (was told 5) The whole team was professional and punctual. David leading the project was very easy to work with. In my opinion it wasn't an easy job, alot of barriers in the way such as an inground pool, shed and all the trees right on the fence line. Julian, the main tree cutter did an amazing job keeping the pool clear of debri and not hitting the fence or shed. I thought the pool was going to be covered in pine needles and there were very minimal. I appreciated that so much. The crew got everything cleaned up before they left. I hope to never see another pine needle in my life. Thank you Boyd's and team for the exceptional service and price. If I had more trees I would use your service again.

David came and gave me an estimate.He was very professional and gave me a great price. When the men came to remove the tree they were right on time. Also they had all the machines they needed and went to their task . I would stand on the highest building and yell their praises. Thanks to all for the clean up. Love Boyd's Tree service

As a result of the windstorm in the Tri-Cities in November 2022, I lost an 18ish year old sycamore. I got a reasonable quote, and they came out December 20th to remove the fallen part of the tree (we decided to keep what was left to see if the tree would keep growing). They called the day before to verify the date and time, which was nice. They showed up at the allotted time and made quick work of the downed tree. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned up the leaves the best they could (lots of snow so it was pretty hard to get them all). All-in-all, I am very happy with the service provided, and would not hesitate to call on them again. 👍🏼

Everything from the estimator coming out, he was very prompt and courteous and patient, to the tree trimming crew that came out they were very professional, communicative, and they took the time and effort to make sure none of the branches that were being trimmed hit our house or the neighbors house. They cleaned up after they were done. very professional and a great job done, I would highly recommend this company for any tree service you’re needing.

Extremely pleased with the service this company provided. They were here for 3 days. They removed two huge sycamores, three large trees, two bushes, ground down all the stumps and exposed roots, pruned two trees and a large bush, and took away all the wood (did leave the ground mulch as they initially advised me they would.) All done very efficiently and professionally. The crew was amazing. Very polite and professional and respectful. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again (This is my second experience with them. The first one was an emergency where I had a large branch fall on my house late at night but it was still attached to the tree so it hadn't hit hard yet and I wanted it removed before it gave way. I called them late at night and they were here early the next morning before their other scheduled jobs to take care of it.)

They gave me an estimate for removing 5 trees and grinding the stumps. The estimate seemed very fair. They came out and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them. Great and honest company.

David the estimator was prompt at the appointment for my estimate. These guys did a great job removing 3 dying birch trees overhanging into my neighbors yard. They worked safely and considerate of the neighbors property as they did my own. They removed the wood, saw dust, small twigs and leaves. I recommend them. There were no surprises.

Ron and his very knowledgeable crew were the best! They removed two giant dangerous diseased maple trees and then removed the stumps. They came back again to double check and make sure it was all done well for future planting too. Highly recommend Ron and his hard working crew.
