I was delighted to meet Chris . He is a wonderful service technician. He is very knowledgeable about the services he would be providing and the products he'd be using and what they were for. He was very professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions . He explained what to expect after the treatment was applied. He was pleasant to talk with . I wish him great success in his life and in his career with the Bamboo company. He is a valuable asset to his team and the company. Thank you Chris!

I had an increase of spiders and bees with their service. They said they’d come back for retreatment but that was not true. The services promised were not provided such as brushing off webs and debree. It was all about the $, not service.

Nick did a great job of checking out our property for pest and performed the necessary maintenance to our satisfaction. Great job!

Like some of the other 1 star reviews, the two sales representatives knocked on my door at 8:30pm on a Friday night, completely disregarding my No Soliciting sign in the middle of my front door. When I pointed to the sign on my door, the sales representative pretended he thought it said No Smoking. Completely unprofessional and did not apologize for ignoring my sign. I have an infant trying to sleep and someone knocking that late is completely rude and ignorant.

I would not recommend this company. I’d advise to get your own pest control tools at Home Depot and save yourself some money and a headache from pushy salesman.

Nick did a great job for us today! He was very professional and did an amazing job! Today,
We could not have him do inside my son has stage 4 COPD and was not having a good day. He was very kind and made me feel better about having to reschedule that portion of our service! Thanks Nick we appreciate you very much!

Giles did an awesome job. He greeted me when he arrived. Asked me questions about what bugs were present. He did his spraying and let me know when he had finished. He also gave me a gift. He gave me a fly swatter and some candy. Giles is a polite and Very nice young man!! Thank you Giles for a service well done!!

This company is a scam, don’t sign any contracts with them. Not only did they not get rid of our wasps or other pests, they just continued to charge us and when we were dissatisfied they demanded over $250 to cancel the one year contract. Shameful

Dan Anderson was our technician today he is always nice and polite he came out to complete our service which is greatly appreciated. It is so nice to have the bugs taken care, so we can sit outside with be pestered. Thank you Dan!!

Nick was very courteous and really listened to the issues I was having. He did a very complete and thorough job, and even made sure my gate was latched so my dogs didn’t get out. I discovered a possible rodent problem at my house and called Bamboo Pest Control. They sent someone out the next day. Technician Dan from Bamboo was great and took extra steps to ensure all was being done to keep any rodents at bay. Thank you!

Dan came to my house and he did something several people forget, he called an hour before the service and when he got close he followed my request and texted me he was close. Dan discussed all of the options available. After presenting options, I chose what to do he then went over why that was a good or not so good idea and followed up with options of which I chose again and finally made an informed decision. I have never had a serviceman or woman of any field give attention to detail and explanation of topic in the way Dan did. Not only that I found we have quite a bit in common and look forward to his return. Thanks Dan, enjoy the dog!! 😉

David Roberts came 12/23/25 and performed a pest treatment for us. David explained everything he was going to do and was very nice. He performed the treatment in a reasonable amount of time.
