Paul arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and put everything back together in less than 3 hours. The dryer is So quiet..we couldn't be happier.

Paul came out today to clean and inspect our dryer. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He ran air flow tests both before and after the cleaning. He uses a camera to look the length of the vent which is cool to watch. He is also a Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician and has done a background check. I have complete peace of mind now knowing my dryer vents have been cleaned! Can’t recommend this company enough!

Both very polite and did a thorough cleaning of every component of the internal dryer exhaust system and of the full length of the vent from dryer to the outside. We had scheduled to have our dryer cavity cleaned out after 10 years of use. To our surprise, the cavity was actually clean. Only needed to have a swifter dust treatment. Even though we did not have a problem, I was glad we still had someone come out as it put our minds at ease that we didn't have to worry about the dryer catching on fire. The service was excellent. He had to access the roof and remove the vent screen. He brought the screen to me so that I could see the actual buildup of lint.
