David with Bamboo provided outstanding customer service addressing our pest problem. He listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly. He was kind, polite, and efficient.

Dan was fantastic! He took the time to check in with me first to see if there were any specific areas or concerns I wanted addressed, and made sure to clearly explained everything he would be doing. He let me know what I should keep an eye out for afterward, and how long to keep our pets away from the treated areas. He was also very knowledgeable about the local environment and explained how certain bugs are attracted to specific plants we have. As a nice bonus, since we’re new to the neighborhood, he even gave us some great local food recommendations. Overall, a super helpful and professional experience!

David Roberts came out twice to service our property, making the return trip because I mistakenly left my back gate locked and we left our dog out. David service our front yard and then came back to do the backyard even though it was our fault for not leaving the gate unlocked for him. He did a great job, provided great customer service by contacting me when he was an hour out and to verify the gate was unlocked this time. He was very friendly and even brought treats for my dog. I highly recommend Bamboo and was very happy with the service provided by David

The service person that came out his name was Nick Garza. He did an awesome job. He was very polite professional and very knowledgeable about his job. Any questions I had concerning the job that was done, he answered every question very professional. We enjoyed the service that he provided at our home. He is a great service person, and a very hard worker. He explained everything he did around our home but she was very helpful. I would recommend Nick Garza to service our home again. Enjoyed his kindness, politeness, and his knowledge.

Dan Anderson was amazing today. Along with notes from customer service, Dan got right to work answering questions we had about pests and potential pests with upcoming new changes to our property. What that looks like with new pests coming in and current issues we are experiencing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and much more. So far I would HIGHLY recommend bamboo service and Dan. They are the best one we've experienced in the whole of tri- cities in a decades time. That's really saying a lot. If you're looking for a great service, this is definitely the company to go with. They uphold their word and fix any issues that may occur. We sincerely hope they are in service for many decades to come. 💖

I highly recommend Dryer Fire Fighters as I decided to do some preventive maintenance - wasn’t having any issue with my dryer. But I knew it had been many years since I had the vent cleaned and boy am I glad I did. Paul pulled out a ton of lint and then found a ton inside the dryer too. I’m so glad I called Dryer Fire Fighters. The peace of mind is well worth it.

Wow! This is something that you never knew you needed. Our dryer is fairly new but our house is over 60 yrs old with a quite “unique” venting system.

We highly recommend Dryer on Fire. They are a small business with great communication and EXCELLENT customer service.
He sent a text confirming he was “on the way”. When he arrived he explained the process. He checked air flow from the dryer before and after cleaning. He cleaned the dryer vent all the way to the outside outlet and the dryer cavity as well. After cleaning air flow was much improved saving us drying time and money. He cleaned up everything inside and out when he was done.
It gives us great peace of mind knowing the dryer is clean and safe!

Paul was excellent! First, I booked a Sunday visit but included a message to phone me if any earlier appointments opened up. Sure enough, he contacted me and offered an earlier time. Then, upon inspecting the dryer vent from inside the house and outside, he determined that there was a blockage at the exit. He took out is video scope gadget and let me view the camera footage and that hose was jam-packed with lint. He went to work cleaning and let me view the post-work video to reveal a clean pipe. We are super pleased with the work!

I had some minor issues with my dryer venting that caused it to be almost completely clogged and they had to replace a section of the pipe. Couldnt clean out on the first day because if this but promptly rescheduled and came back out with 2 people, went under the house and get the job done. Finished product was excellent and so much more airflow!

We moved into our house a week ago and my wife observed the dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes. Suspecting lint was clogging up the dryer vent line, I called Dryer Fire Fighters. They are a great company. It was a nasty job because the dryer vent line was nearly fully clogged up with lint and Creighton had to crawl under our back deck to access the outside vent cap. He vacuumed the work area clean before he left. Very reasonably priced service. I will call this company for my dryer vent issues in the future. I highly recommend this company and Creighton’s strong work ethic and thoroughness.
