I had paul help me with my dryer vent cleaning. He is very friendly, and he does an amazing job. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is cleaner than when he showed up. Dryer Fire Fighter was fantastic from start to finish. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and when they arrived to clear my dryer vent, they discovered an issue due to the age and design of the previous setup. They clearly explained 3 possible options, along with the pros and cons of each which helped me make an informed decision. Once I mad a decision the technician got right to work. He repaired the old hole in my floor and even fixed the exterior opening. Everything looks like it has been there forever-seamless and high quality craftsmanship.tge quality of work was outstanding, the cost was reasonable, and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. I just had my dryer and dryer vent cleaned by Paul with Dryer Firefighters. We have lived in our home 10 years and haven't had the vent professionally cleaned.

Paul was great! He is a certified dryer exhaust technician. He took before and after pictures of the vent inside and out and did before and after airflow readings - so we could see the results. Best of all I have peace of mind knowing the risk of fire in my dryer and dryer vent has been dramatically reduced.

I highly recommend Dryer Fire Fighters! Jason came and assessed our situation. He cleaned out the vents and discovered that the duct work was installed wrong and had come apart. He fixed it and put it all back together. He also inspected our dryer and cleaned it out. He went above and beyond and I am super impressed!

Jason did a great job. It was helpful to use the camera for a 'before and after' view of my much needed service. He cleaned the dryer floor area and was efficient in completing the job.

In the 30+ years I’ve lived in my house, I’ve never even thought of having my dryer ductwork cleaned. I used to think that as long as I cleaned the lint filter after every load, the lint would not accumulate. I was so wrong! When my dryer started taking forever to dry a load, I started thinking something was wrong and began researching my problem. Then I came across Dryer Fire Fighters and read some reviews. I am a very skeptical person and had some fears that the website might not be legitimate. Nevertheless I gave them a call. I immediately trusted Jason’s judgment on meeting him and watching him analyze my problem. Jason spent an entire day fixing my disgusting, impacted, ductwork problem. He even had to resort to carpentry to fix the original workmanship in his house. I am so impressed with Jason’s work ethic and skills. I will begin an annual inspection schedule to maintain my dryer ductwork problem, extend the life of my dryer, and prevent the possibility of fire in the future.

The company worked with my availability and got back to me quickly about opening they had. The tech was very nice, let me watch the scope travel down the vent shaft to see for myself the problem spots as well as the ‘after’ of the vent cleaning. The invoice included images they had taken of the before and after as well. They cleaned made sure my lint trap was cleaned a well. Great service and evens was able to supply a new dryer hose as the other had been old and worn out.

We have had a great experience working with BMC. They are easy to get in contact with and respond quickly to emails. They do a wonderful job keeping our offices clean and maintained. They are very reliable and that’s not always easy to find..... I also notice that they pay attention to the little details which is also important to us when choosing a janitorial service!
