New to the area, and concerned about pest control on our property, we spoke with our neighbors who highly recommended Dan Anderson, Bamboo Pest Control.

Dan is extremely knowledgeable, energetic and patient with newbies who also have small, curious dogs. He answered our questions and helped us to navigate the do’s and don’ts of living in a dessert environment. We just finished our first treatment and are already seeing good results.

Dan was a pleasure to work with and we are grateful for the peace of mind we now have, thanks to his knowledgeable service.

Chris Smith was very polite and he explained the process clearly. He was super fast and mentioned that it’s friendly for our pets. Overall, we had a great experience working with them.

They were great. He answered all my questions. The spray he used didn't have any chemical smell. You guys are AWSOME. Thank you so much.

Top-Notch Service from Start to Finish!

I had a great experience with Bamboo Pest Control. Their communication was awesome, they gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, which made everything super easy. Once they arrived, they didn’t just jump into spraying. They walked the entire area outside of my house, asked questions, and really listened to the concerns I had.

What stood out the most was how they took the time to explain how their products work and why they were treating certain areas more thoroughly. They paid special attention to spots where I’d seen the most activity and made sure to treat those specifically, not just do a quick once-over. You can tell they really care about doing the job right, not just rushing through it.

All in all, super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m already seeing results and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Daniel did an excellent, & through job of spraying around my house and inside! He was here for over an hour which makes me feel confident that he did the job right. So far I am very impressed with this company and their employees!
Plus, he gave some treats for my dog & me 😊

Joseph was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and did the job. When he was done (in a remarkably short time I must add) he came to the door letting me know that he was finished, what to expect, and if we found that there were still problems areas to let them know and they would be back to treat those areas. Additionally he included in the baggie with our receipt dog treats for our canine family members.

Mady from Bamboo came to service my house for pest control. She was very polite and professional during the service and did a fantastic job at cleaning the exterior of my house and my shop. Mady and her team at Bamboo have been great to deal with and the communication and customer service is top notch. This was my first treatment so very excited to see the results! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good pest control company to switch or start using Bamboo !

I hardly ever write reviews but I absolutely have to write one for this business. Scott came to my door today and inquired about our current contract with another pest control company. He was incredibly sweet, polite, patient and helpful. He went above and beyond getting us out of our contract with Brooks Pest control (who we’ve had issues with for some time) and even waived the first month fee. He also gave us a WAY better deal than Brooks did. The interaction and conversation was overall amazing and I feel like I can trust this business far better than other pest control companies I’ve went through. Just another reason to support your local family businesses ❤️

Nick Spencer did our monthly service. He texted me when he was 30 min away and was friendly and efficient when he arrived. Highly recommend this company.

David was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and got along with our Frenchie well. He was knowledgeable and stayed an extended amount of time to be thorough in our home. Would highly recommend!

On a day of temperatures over 100 degrees at 6 in the evening Dan made us feel like part of the family and not just one more customer on his list. I've been very happy with Bamboo Pest Control. David and the other technicians have been great with their communications and we no longer see any ants in the home! Nor do we have any wasp nests on our eves.

Dan Anderson was super knowledgeable and shared lots of great information with us about what he was treating the house with. He was careful around our kids and animals and super friendly. For sure would recommend their service to anyone!

We just got our initial treatment from Bamboo last night. So far we are super impressed and beyond satisfied with our services. From our sales with Isaac to our treatment with Dan and Giles, the service and communication have been great. Isaac literally came three times to make sure that my husband and I were both educated on the value of Bamboo and comfortable moving forward. The very next evening Dan and Giles texted ahead of time and we're super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We were impressed watching them go over the entire house with care, paying special attention to our areas of concern. Afterwards, they gave us rundown of what they did and what to expect for re-servicing and told us to reach out if we had anything come up before then and they even left us with some sweets! We are beyond happy with Bamboo so far, especially the employees! Thank you!

Brian Cortez did a great job explaining service time frames and setting expectations. Even though the initial service could not be completed due to it being too windy he made sure to let the office know to get me setup for a different day to complete the services. Lastly he gave my kids and dog treats! Super friendly!

David Roberts was accommodating. He rescheduled for a later time same day. He also made sure my dogs were safe inside while he sprayed the outside. Very kind, answered all my questions, and explained the process. Looking forward to continue having him as our technician!
