They took pride in their work and explained everything before they started. The job was a large one, but they spent the extra hours to finish it all. Our windows had years of hard water build-up from neglect of the previous home owners. Bo came in and cleaned the windows inside and out, he was able to get the hard water build-up off, he did such a great job they look like new! The whole team is professional and nice! Moments after I used the online quote generator I was able to actually book my cleaning, it was great I didn't have to wait for someone to come and inspect the windows ahead of time like other companies require. After I booked, I received an email from them confirming my appointment. We communicated over the course of the next couple days leading up to the appointment and then again the day of the appointment, I knew where they were at and what time to expect them and when/if something changed they promptly made me aware. I thought I needed the higher priced option for hard water removal and once the tech Justin observed my windows up close, he was able to determine that it was not necessary, saving me enough money that it is worth mentioning.
Conclusion : I would highly recommend this company!

We recently had our windows cleaned on the inside (including the tracks) and outside as well as our glass shower surrounds and their team did a fantastic job - I'm not sure any of this glass has been this clean since it was installed. I was quoted for the premium package that included cleaning the screens. Not only did they not clean my screens they broke them on the sliding glass doors. My husband had to remind them to clean the inside of a couple of windows. They tracked mud and dirt inside the house and left a mess when they cleaned the outside tracks. While both of the workers were very friendly and nice, one was not very competent and the other tried to redo the work that the first one had tried. When contacting the owner and telling him about the broken sliding glass screens and not having them cleaned when I paid $417 top price for the cleaning, I expected a rebate or an offer to fix the screen. I would never recommend these people.
