Jacob was awesome! My carpets look like they do when we moved in. A thirteen year old Pottery Barn Microfiber sectional had life breathed into it. Zerorez was awesome and Jacob truly brought the best and exceeded my expectations with his kindness and knowledge.

First of all, Roberto contacts me every year around the same time to schedule my yearly carpet cleaning. Which I truly appreciate it because I don't always have the time to stop and call them to schedule. He’s always very accommodating and professional. I usually hear a promo on the radio and he’s willing to apply the discounts. The tech, Alex, was really friendly and professional as well! It was raining out and he had shoe covers that he would take on and off as he would come in and out of the house. He did a great job! The carpets looked fresh and clean to start off the new year. I was extremely disappointed with my services for cleaning the bathroom tile and 4 chairs. The guy not only did a poor job, he said it couldn’t get clean if he couldn’t clean it. I took a tooth brush and was able to clean spots he missed and then I took my own carpet cleaner and was able to get more out of the chairs. He missed spots as well. I was so upset that I had his manager come look at the job. His manager said it was the best they could do and that the employee was one of their best. He offered to come back and try again after it had time to dry but still made me pay the full price before they left. I then went into my house and spent the next 2 hours cleaning up after them. My bathroom floor had a white residue left on the cabinets and floor tiles. The rugs were dirty from them dragging their hoses all over them and then having to put furniture back where they messed it up. After that I didn’t want them to come back- ever!

Riley showed up on time. Big plus. He was efficient and polite. I would use them again! They had a next day appointment so no waiting.

We’ve had our carpets cleaned twice by Zerorez. Both times were great but ESPECIALLY this last cleaning. The employee worked extra hard on our flattened spots that I thought were permanent and now they look great. Super friendly to me and my family too. I’d recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Jacob did an INCREDIBLE job with our white Crate & Barrel couch! He was extremely detail oriented & it looks 100x better. I definitely waited too long and I’ll be using their upholstery cleaning services again because of the excellent work. Thank you Jacob!

My carpets are looking fresh and clean again! The tech was great with his communication and understanding the areas of concern that get the most traffic. We don’t have a lot of space but it was done with care and attention for the quick turnaround!! Thanks again we will be calling you soon for air ducts next!

I would definitely recommend ZeroRez to clean carpets! Our carpet is 27 years old and hasn’t had a good cleaning for 10 years. It now looks sooo much better! We e had difficult stains such as food and mechanical grease from a recliner chair, and all that came out! Jacob was the tech who came to the house. He is very friendly, professional and communicates very thoroughly. He was very accommodating about asking if I was satisfied with how it looked, and touching up on the one area that was the toughest stain. I was also very happy with the customer service from the office. I spoke with Rosi and Roberto and they were friendly, professional and answered my questions. I included the photos of the areas that were the dirtiest. This carpet looks as good as new, and this morning it had some really bad stains!

I’m so impressed with the results of the tile cleaning in my home! The technician was punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They managed to get the tile and grout looking like new while being extremely careful not to cause any damage. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing—using the right products and techniques to clean thoroughly without being harsh. I really appreciated the balance between getting everything spotless and protecting the integrity of the tile.

Great people and great work! My life is busy enough, this company allowed me to schedule and reschedule via text. With all communication through text, call, or email this company could be short and professional; they happen to also be very kind and personable! 10/10 recommend!

Our technician was extremely friendly and efficient. Went above and beyond it seemed. Area rugs look great. He cleaned 2 9x12 rugs and a 8x10. One of the 9x12s had a month old DayQuil spill that he completely removed.

Josh and Sam cleaned my home HVAC duct system. A house is being constructed on the lot adjacent to mine and the dirtiest part of that work is now complete. Zerorez came out this morning and got rid of the dust and debris that blew into my ductwork from that construction. They were professional, pleasant, and knew what they were doing. When they were done, the helped me put furniture back in place. Great job.

Excellent quality cleaning! We had a carpet, two sofas, and three rooms done today, and everything turned out great! I appreciated our technicians explaining everything they were going to do, and then asking us if we were satisfied with the quality of their work before proceeding to the next room. 10/10 would recommend ZeroRez to friends and family!

I have unique carpet issue and wanted to try the high pH approach to dealing with issue and went to Zerorez. From the time I called to when they arrived was less than 24 hours. Things have turned out very well so far. Josh did a fantastic job. I wanted a non-detergent approach and Zerorez was my go-to. Thank you!

Service technician was a nice guy. Tried to up sale me to $1100 for one bedroom (didn't take the bait). Buying your own shampooer would produce the same result. Zeroresolution. I've had better experience with other companies in the Tri-Cities.

Always have a good experience. The guys performing the services are real guys with real lives, we have great conversations. They are proactive with adapting to a creative solution or communicating when plans change. Of course the cleaning results are good and they can explain how the tech and materials work.
