Alex came right on time and was very polite and patient with my many questions. He explained the process and did a great job. Alex was very careful to use precautions that prevented damage to our home that can happen with equipment. He completed the job the promised amount of time and our home was all ready to host our company for the weekend. We were very glad we called ZeroRez.

I’ve been a regular customer for the 3 years. This week I experienced a noticeable difference. Management is noticeably improved. The customer service folks were friendly, helpful, flexible with my schedule and provided a lot of information. Service was great, great communication and punctual. The young man was courteous, knowledgeable , and very conscientious of his quality of service. I am very happy with results and service

I called in with a bunch of questions before booking and they were super helpful and patient. Our dog basically lives on the love seat, plus we just had our popcorn ceilings removed, so I really wanted a good, deep clean. The tech who came out was awesome—professional, friendly, and very thorough!!! Everything looks (and smells!) so fresh now. 10/10 recommend!

The guy was very friendly and I don’t know if it is his fault your products but I just spent over $200 for carpets to look like I used my own carpet cleaner. I don’t see one stain that has been removed from any bedroom.

Josh was incredibly thoughtful, professional, and compassionate. Listened to my needs with an honest heart, and honest hard work. He did a fantastic job, and would absolutely recommend using this company again. Josh deserves all the praise for a job well done, and most importantly, being human. Not only was he helpful but knowledgeable also, and made sure to be transparent with any follow up instructions. With all services on a loveseat and couch came to $368. 10/10 worth it.

I would not recommend this company based on my recent experience. I used their services twice—the first time was excellent, but the second visit was extremely disappointing. The technicians showed little professionalism and appeared to rush through the job, finishing in less than 40 minutes with minimal effort. They also scuffed the walls in my newly painted home and did not mention the damage. When I attempted to contact the company about these concerns, I never received a response. Unfortunately, the lack of consistency, care, and customer service makes it difficult to recommend them.

I hired PA-MA cleaning to clean and reorganize my office . They did an amazing job. Since then they have clean my home and a few families friends house as well . Super recommend at a great price !

We have no soliciting and no trespassing signs around our property, including the front entry. This company entered our property to advertise their business. They need to immediately stop that.

I booked Paty and her team through a friend who previously had her home cleaned by them. So I booked as well for a deep clean at my apartment. I am a college student who never has time to clean. When booking, they were very professional, kind and responsive in such a timely manner! The cleaning was done amazingly well!!! I had water stains and build up on my windows that no one had been able to remove. I can not believe how clean and clear my windows and screens are. It's like a whole new house!

They helped us out by putting Christmas lights on our house! Something that wouldve taken all day and probably be frustrating to do, took no time at all for them. They were discreet and nice and did an amazing job! Thanks guys!!
