Excellent service by Estavo and Chris that took care of my lawn. They pulled all the weeds I asked to have done and made sure they picked them all up once they were done. HIGHLY recommend them for lawn services.

Mike came to service my property for pest and lawn care, he was very professional and helpful. He did a very thorough job. I have had pest service in the past, Mike was very meticulous and I was very pleased with the service.

Amazing Service! I spoke with Michael on the phone about an irrigation issue and he arrived within a couple of hours with his technician Chris to check on the problem. Chris was back the next morning and fixed all my issues and had my irrigation up and running quickly. Michael then followed up with me to ensure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. This kind of service is very hard to find. Both Michael and Chris have completely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Epic and I will be doing business again with them! Thank you Epic!

They are an excellent service normally. But recently had them come trim and general cleanup for winter. Gustavo and Chris came out. I gave them general expectations for the work I needed done. I only expected them to trim the bushes and take away the trimmings. They not only did the expected good job, but took the time to smooth out beauty bark and trimmed back some problems plants I didn't expect them to take care of. This is the first review I bothered to make and happy to share my positive experience.

I highly recommend Mike!!! We have been working with him for years and he has always been wonderful. He’s very patient, positive, and hardworking. Mike listens carefully values his customers’ opinions and consistently provides excellent service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and trustworthy :)

I have used this company for the last three years. They used to be great and their technician Mike is still great but he's just run off his feet. They do not seem to have the staff to keep up with their treatment plans. My first service this year was a month late and was only achieved after I repeatedly emailed and phoned, there was an excuse every week for why they weren't coming. Then I started getting collection calls once a week for my invoices that were current, not past due(I have never paid them late in the three years we have used them). When the next service was due, once again nothing, I had to call and try to schedule after another 2 weeks of excuses. I finally have switched to a new company just to get consistent service and stop being harassed, seems like maybe they need more service technicians and less staff making collection calls. Very disappointed as this used to be a great service.

I recently switched over to Epic, in that I wanted to deal with a locally based company. Today was my first service for trees and shrubs. Mike was the technician. He was fantastic. Called me prior to arrival, checked in with me upon arrival, and was meticulous in doing the job. I appreciate his professional service. Prior to starting services I contacted Maria, who was very helpful in explaining services, their protocol and sending a proposal for services. Great communication! Thank you!

Epic is a great lawn care service! After moving here 2 years ago I have finally found a professional, complete lawn and pest service. They know exactly what to do and when to do it. The lawn crew is always here when they are supposed to be. They are polite and friendly and do a great job. Today when I arrived home they were here, along with another Epic vehicle. It was a gentlemen named Jose who was here to check my sprinkler system to make sure everything was working properly and the system was coming on at the most efficient time. Jose was very thorough and found a couple of sprinkler's that were clogged or needed adjusting (which he fixed). He changed my watering time to a more effective and efficient time. He was very professional and friendly. What a service! I have never had that before. Epic is the best lawn care service in the Tri-Cities and their staff is GREAT!! My lawn looks AMAZING!

We recently had a turf putting green installed by Jesse’s/ Southwest Greens , and we are extremely satisfied with both the outcome and the entire process. Their pricing was notably competitive, coming in lower than three other quotes we received. Unlike other contractors who planned to stitch together 15-foot sections, Southwest Greens cut the turf to length, resulting in a seamless finish. Tyler was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with throughout the project. At our request, they designed the green with intentional slopes to mimic real-world putting conditions, incorporating left-to-right, right-to-left, and uphill putts, which turned out perfectly. The installation was completed efficiently in three days, and the crew left the site impeccably clean. We highly recommend Jesse’s and Southwest Greens for anyone considering a putting green installation.

We had Jesse and his crew install a putting green in our back yard and it turned out so amazing. The guys came early and stayed late to get the project done in time for our son’s birthday party. Would highly recommend. We are already planning more projects with Jesse.

They were courteous, and efficient, and fast. My yard looks great. And when Sergio came to give me an estimate he was not pushy he was very polite and honest and open to us.

Wonderful Service!

Poorly installed block fence that fell apart and crumbled, and wouldn’t even come check on it, let anlone fix it, after half a dozen calls. Steer clear of this company!

Jesus is so knowledgeable about what my lawn needs, I have a house on a corner lot so I have a LOT of yard to take care of. Our yard is looking perfect year round and I know that if it wasn't they would fix it ASAP. So thankful I found this place!

Super Friendly, dedicated team, beautiful work! We get our property maintained by them, and we don't have a traditional grass yard either, so the fact that it still looks AMAZING is a testament to their hard work!

At our house we have a pretty good size back yard, and some cute ornamental landscaping in the front yard. It was well loved by our pup and our kid's dogs, so it wasn't as sightly as it could've been. After about 3 months of our Evolution taking care of it, and giving it the fertilizers it needed, it's the most beautiful yard in our neighborhood! We are so thankful that we can actually enjoy both our yards now and not be ashamed of it!

Oasis came & finished a yard project we has started during lockdown. So happy I'm able to enjoy my refreshed backyard and extended patio this summer!
