Christopher showed up on time to do my sprinkler blow outs earlier today, service was what to be expected and more. Quick, attention to detail and a positive attitude! I’ll be using Epic services next time I need something done!

I am not an irrigation expert, so I previously spent a large sum of money to have all my sprinkler valves, boxes, lines and heads replaced when I moved into our home, paying for them to add 2 additional irrigation spickets at the valve boxes- the technicians made repeat trips to the store, each time returning with incorrect parts. The techs finished the job and installed two, 3-foot tall PVC pipes with heavy metal 1/4 turn valves for the high pressure irrigation lines - both unsecured to something solid. The heads and PVC later broke on several occasions, each time requiring me to pay for them to return to repair. Now, I've just capped them both off and they are unusable - a total waste of money. Another irrigation professional came by to tell me they should have never used heavy metal connections and spickets connected to tall PVC, then PVC under the ground connected to plastic which could break and cause a massive flood issue. I spent a fortune and cannot use what they installed. For a while I used them to come each year to check my sprinklers, but they got too expensive. Each year, I've called to get a quote on them for sprinkler blowouts and each year their prices go up and up and up from $52.46 in 2020 to a quote in October 2023 $79.95+tax for 6 zones. Absolutely crazy prices for 15 minutes of work. All the sprinkler blow out guys I see driving around charge between $45-55 dollars for up to 6 zones. Unfortunately, I feel the overall lack of quality of their work and their extremely high prices make me not want to return as a loyal customer.

Tony and Diego showed up to aerate my yard this morning and they were professional and had smiles on their faces. They completed their work quickly and did a great job. I have used Epic for years for sprinkler blow outs and will continue to use them for all my lawn care needs.

Chris K came out and did a sprinkler blowout for us. He was able to spot known issues before we were able to point them out for him, so we had no doubt at all when he spotted things we weren't aware of. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely have Chris back out to do the repairs we need. Thank you, Chris, for a job well done!

I have had my sprinkler system for close to 20 years and I have done my own sprinkler head replacement as needed. Noting some no so pretty brown spots in my yard this year and, as I use Epic for my lawn service, I called to have Epic give my sprinkler system a good "go over". Alex was on time and got to work right away, he spent two hours working on adjusting the sprinkler heads, weeding one out of the garden (Ooops), and identifying that two of the solenoids were needing replacement. I authorized the replacement of all four. I am very grateful for the hard work Alex put in today and am hoping for another 20 years of pretty much perfect system. Alex did replace 1 sprinkler head and I authorized the "Lifetime Guarantee" Epic Sprinkler. I haven't received the formal invoice yet, but the Irrigation Call Sheet reflects right around $350.00 with tax. Money well spent considering it would have taken me an entire weekend and more than 1 trip to the Hardware Box Store. Thank you Alex & Epic!

Michael & Isaac completed the the first quarter lawn fertilization on 4/27/2023. They are respectful, quick, and provide great post instructions for watering and ensuring the pets are kept safe. Again, Maria was wonderful to work with ensuring that the appt. time/day worked best for my schedule. Thank you very much!

I appreciate the great job that Epic Lawn Care & Pest Control did with de-thatching my yard today (4/6/2023). Beginning with the office scheduler, Maria, who was very communicative and responsive. She even included detailing a contingency date for the service in the event of rain. Brayden and Jesus arrived within the slotted time frame as presented by Maria, introduced themselves, and got straight to work with the de-thatching and cleanup. Brayden and Jesus made quick work of the job and even left the patio cleaner than when they arrived. I very much appreciate the professionalism, end result of the de-thatching service, and the great price for the service.

We hired Epic to come to our house to do a spring cleanup on our landscaping. Jesus and Alex were excellent. They trimmed all the bushes and cleaned up yard debris. I appreciated how they had us check everything over to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. Will use this company again.

Mike has been our pest technician here in Burbank for the past couple of years. He's always been professional and polite. He'll ask if we have any concerns or problems then take the time to get the job completed correctly. Mike is the primary reason that I give Epic a 5-star rating. Thanks Mike!

Had issues with my drip irrigation and called two other landscapers who didn't help me. Epic came out the same day and fixed all my drip issues. He listened to what I wanted done and didn't make me feel incompetent. He was amazing! Everything is working beautifully. If you want good service call EPIC.

Sprinkler blowout (winterization) completely skipped my mind this year. Luckily, I was able to get scheduled with these folks. Alex showed up the next day and made sure I was completely taken care of. Courteous and very professional, he was in and out in jiffy. Thank you Epic and especially Alex for the excellent service!

Trash Tri-Cities should be be this company's name!! They put up hundreds of sprinkler blowout signs everywhere in the Tri-Cities. I contacted them around Thanksgiving, they said that they were still getting calls, contacted them before Xmas they said that they were getting signs removed that week. Well 1/7/20 and sprinkler blowout signs are still out there, do not use this company if you like your community!!

Keep up the Great work Epic and staff! The receptionist on the phone was also easy to talk to and approachable and helped me book my appointment on time. Scheduled Epic lawn care for my sprinkler winterization. They were able to schedule quickly, called ahead beforehand, and arrived on time. The technician we had, Chris Tucker, was great! I already know if some repairs my system will need in the spring and I will be reaching out to Epic again.

I would just like to say how much we appreciate Mike and the work he does at our house. He’s very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We’ve had a lot of other companies out here too take care of our property and to be honest they haven’t done a very good job. Epic and Mike were our last hope and our property has never looked better. Thank you Mike, keep up the great work!

We love Epic Lawn Care! We've used them twice so far, but will be using them for all our future lawn needs. Chris is great! He came out today and showed us what was wrong with our sprinklers, then walked us through how to maintain it in the future. He's very knowledgeable about the system. Epic has been taking care of our needs for year. Chris Tucker came out for winterization this year, and he’s been great to work with. I looked out of the window, and even our dogs liked him, as I saw him playing with them. They come highly recommended for their value, service, professionalism, and customer service.

Overall great experience with Epic doing my sprinkler winterization. Both the office staff and the technician were very kind and professional. Christopher the technician did a great job and put everything back to the way it was before he came.

Cody responded to my call for an estimate on my residential lawn irrigation. Instead of an estimate, Cody took care of all my watering requests that very day! He was so friendly and helpful as I followed him around my yard to learn from him! He was thorough & super friendly! I highly recommend Epic (because of Cody!)

Jacob did a perfect awesome job!! Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He changed out six sprinkler heads, rewired the wires at the box and at the control, and educated me how to change the sprinkler settings! And he noticed a hole in my Aviary and fixed it quick. Pay him more, we need more people like him!

I won't lie, under the previous owners Epic had gone steadily downhill in both quality and reliability over the years. In fact, last year was going to be the final year we planned on using their services. But our own absent-mindedness earned them a renewal. And boy, I am excited to see what changes the new management has in store. Already I can see a noticeable difference for the better. Diego and Luis did such a thorough job on the Spring cleanup today that I almost feel guilty.
The only hitch was an extra charge to finish the job (the previous cleanup in Oct/Nov left a LOT to finish, more than two hours permitted) which while annoying, is understandable considering the sheer size of the job. Another nice thing is Jim, who was a one man force of nature getting yards taken care of, is now the quality control officer (a new position I hope they keep him in). A couple hours after Diego and Luis finished Jim came by to inspect their work.
Now, will this higher quality and standards keep going? I hope so. Are their services worth employing? At least in my opinion, yes.
Their costs are comparable to some of the more established companies and I do recommend them.
