They showed up 40 minutes late. They worked for 1/2 hour. This was a gift from my daughter. All I wanted done was the kitchen floor and living room floor done and 1 bathroom. They didn’t have cleaning solution for the hard wood floor, cause I asked. And looked in their cleaner carrier. So I let them use mine. They used my paper towels and garbage bags which would of been fine by me if she had asked me, but I thought they are supposed to bring their own stuff. They charge 30$ an hour per person. One lady stood around more than cleaned. She was doing the counters in the kitchen which I never ask to be done. The other lady cleaned the bathroom. And did the floors. Some things were not done and they charged my daughter $120.00. That I find ridiculous. She over charged by $60. I do not recommend this cleaning service.

Alma and her crew did a very thorough job cleaning my house. They were here when they said they were going to be, and sent a text 30 minutes before their arrival. Will hire again

Alma and her team did an outstanding job with our move out cleaning. We were in a rental house 3 bedrooms, a den , 2 bathrooms for 8 years. And what they did to return that home back to almost like new was amazing. I could have not been more happy with their awesome job. I highly recommended Alma and the Sunshine Cleaning Services. I used them multiple times and there were little issues but I ignored them until I had them do a deep cleaning. Issues like taking my cleaning solution, cleaning the fan blades in the bedroom, and showing up late.

I work from home so I can hear what is going on around the house. I heard the cleaning lady drop the glass carousel tray from the microwave and she broke the underlying plastic roller ring. I went out to see what was going on and that is when I was informed of the breakage. I went out for a walk and on my way out I noticed the other cleaning lady going to town on my blinds, being really rough on them. On my way out the door, the third cleaning lady was washing the dirty spot on my door that goes to the garage and noticed she scrubbed so hard she removed the paint off my door. I called the owner and explained to her the situation and she said she will have a talk with them. After getting back from my walk, I noticed another door with the paint scrubbed off. The owner stated that she would replace the broken part in my microwave. That was about a year ago. Never heard from the owner since.

Update: The owner reached out to me and offered to make things right. I appreciate that and I consider this matter closed. I change my review because of this. Thank you!

The two ladies did a great job! The bathroom were super clean! My house looks move in ready and it's a huge relief during the moving process. Also was very accommodating on a short notice. Only suggestions I'd make are written estimates since someone does go out to assess the work before scheduling. Also, better communication with the customer. Alma answered ever call however it is stressful not knowing when cleaners are actually arriving. If you give an estimated time, you should inform the customer you're going to be late, even just to let them know you have arrived at the jobsite.

I recently moved out of the area in preparation to have my home put on the market to sell. I hired Sunshine Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning, "move-out" in order for it to look fabulous to potential buyers. They did an awesome job. The realtor was very impressed with how good everything looked. He sent me videos of all the rooms so I could see how great everything looked. Alma was great to work with from giving me and estimate to making sure the job was done to perfection. She even called when they were finished to talk about everything they did. I highly recommend Alma and her team!

Great move out cleaning. Workers respectful, cheerful, and dedicated. Sunshine Cleaning responded immediately when I requested a quote and kept me informed throughout cleaning service.

I called on Thursday and they were here on Friday. I paid for 3 hours of deep cleaning. I told them to do as much as they could for that 3 hours. They couldn’t finish it all but I’m going to have them back! They saved us $2000 !!! We were going to have to replace our shower. It was so grimy! Not any more! It almost looks brand new!! I was so surprised and pleased. I’m going to have them do another three hours and then do maintenance cleaning.

A young friend of mine moved out of state and needed to have his house deep-cleaned to prepare for sale. He's a pet lover with four large dogs and, I will admit, the house was quite dirty.

He was quoted $560 for a deep-clean which ballooned to $790 when the cleaner(s) arrived (no one else was at the house).

I was asked to check out their work, since I have the house keys. I was appalled. Not only were the floors still extremely dirty, but it appeared the carpets hadn't even been vacuumed, the kitchen counters had some substance spilled on them that was not cleaned up, and cleaning equipment was just left leaning against the wall in the dining room. In addition, the house still very distinctly smelled of dog.

I sent my friend some photos and told him not to pay unless they came back and did what they were supposed to do. According to my friend, they did. When I went back to check, the floors were cleaner but not clean. The odor hadn't changed. It still didn't seem to me that vacuuming had been done.

SInce my friend is very busy and remote from the area, and time was short, I went in and cleaned after the "cleaners". Not only did I completely fill a vacuum bag with dirt and debris when vacuuming three small rooms, but I managed to get the odor reduced quite significantly with a little deodorizer and febreze. I quickly mopped the floors which made them cleaner.

In short, these people charged $800 and did very little. A deep clean should be just that, DEEP! That means clean, deodorized carpets, clean, shiny floors and no goo left on countertops. In 90 minutes I made a big difference in that house--these people should have done that!

I have had Sunshine Cleaning Service for many years now as a working person and now as a retired person.
Alma and her staff are fabulous and always leave my home very clean and refreshed. I have trusted them to come in and clean when I’m at work and now when I’m on vacation. I can immediately tell when I walk in that they have been there. She usually has two gals at a time so it is very efficient and affordable.

Alma was a joy to work with and out of 4 other inspections and quotes, hers was the most thorough and the prices very reasonable! I was impressed by how many things she'd pointed out that I would have never thought of and others missed. I was even more impressed by the Sunshine Cleaning Service team in action. They were very quick and thorough with the cleaning and managed to do in 3 hours what would have taken me several days. I had a deep clean completed and it feels like my home has had a full reset! I wish I had taken before and after photos. I had a sink with hard water buildup and I knew it was there, I had been regularly scrubbing at it. At a certain point, I really thought that the ceramic coating was coming off because it had turned a silvery color. When the ladies gave me the walkthrough, I was surprised to find my sink was shiny and white again and that the buildup had just turned silver from me scrubbing it. And my oven looks good as new despite years of burnt in staining. I have a lot of issues with dust in my home due to two large dogs and a yard with little grass to speak of. There are some areas of the house that get more dusty than others and are just hard to get to and not to mention I end up with bad allergies when dusting. I admittedly avoid it, but there's no dust to be found now!

I look forward to continuing with ongoing visits from SCS and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reset!

They have a wife aray of things you might need for a garden but not a huge variety of those things, which is expected. Pretty decent.
