One thing I can say about Cleaning Masters is that they take their work seriously. I booked a deep cleaning for a move out and they took care of me at a time I needed the assistance.
Not many companies rank very high on customer service these days but they aren't satisfied until the customer is and with that said I highly recommend them to take care of your cleaning needs.

Took off from work to meet at my condominium. Cleaning Masters showed up an hour and a half late. And, after a close look at the cleaning job the following day, they did a mediocre job at best. I personally spent another of couple of hours touching up before turn the kays over to the property management company.

My wife was diagnosed with brain Cancer in June of 2020 and I started using Coka's Home and Office Cleaning in October of 2020, to take some of the responsibilities off of myself due to all my wife's care and appointments. I am still a customer currently and Coka and her crew come to my home in Pasco, WA every other week. They are professional, punctual and do an outstanding job cleaning my home from top to bottom, my home sparkles, shines and smells so clean after they finish the job. Coka's cleaning is reasonably priced for the services they have performed. Coka is awesome about returning phone calls or texts if you need to change your appointment or even cancel because an emergency comes up. Coka always contacts me the evening before to let me know she will be there the next day and the time which I can expect her and the crew. Coka has an awesome personality and sense of humor and treat's everyone with respect. I am highly pleased with her service and I would recommend her services to other's.

Coka's team did a great job on our home deep clean. We have reached out to her to schedule again for next year already. She is responsive, shows up to bid work when she says she will, and her team was on time as well. Rare qualities in today's service industry.

I’ve used Coka’s Cleaning for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier with their service and the value I get for the cost. It’s a joy to come home after the routine cleanings! They are always on time as scheduled and have been very accommodating for times when we needed to reschedule due to conflicts.
In addition, Coka’s team cleaned my house top to bottom including my pool house and associated furnishings prior to my daughter’s wedding held in my back yard. They did a great job and took one more thing off the list at that very hectic time.

Coka’s Cleaning service cleaned my house for the first time. I had an expectation of what my house would look like and I would’ve been pleased, but their job completely exceeded my expectations. From my experience, they do not lack paying attention to detail. My floors have never looked so clean! The inside of my stove looks amazing! Somehow they took all of my stuff and organized it (to the best of their ability without living here), so that my house looks minimal, and tidy. They thought of everything. Great first experience! Also their team is very professional!
