My recent experience with Merry Maids exceeded my expectations. Not only were they prompt but did a thorough job.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give zero stars. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE! They showed up 45 minutes early after being told the day before the service that I wouldn't be home till a certain time. Then they called at 8:30am this morning to try and scheduled me for earlier, which also wasn't a good time for me as a I WASN'T EVEN HOME at the time. I had to leave my physical therapy appointment early to make sure I was home to keep an eye on things.

Granted the ladies we nice and polite but they cleaned my house like they were going to war! Rampaging around the house and making an absurd amount of noise in whilst doing so. They also moved the dryer and ripped the exhaust house out of the wall and the back of the dryer. One could barely walk and the other looked as if she had a liver disease that even Dr. House has yet to hear about.

All in all do not use this company ever. I could have cleaned my house better, faster and quieter with my good arm than the both of them did in 3 hours.

I’m not sure where to start, everything was on point. They called and asked if they could come over sooner and that was fine with us. The two ladies were absolutely meticulous in their work, I mean they were in every nook and cranny and made everything shine. We asked to have them clean our home only in the future, we were very happy when they were done and look forward to seeing them every other week. Thank you ladies you made our day. I highly recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. It has been a while back but not one time did the company make it right. Had them come out for the first time and they definitely did not dust anything. I called them and explained how important it was that everything should be dusted because we have bad allergies. The next time they came out it was like we were being punished for saying anything!! I came home from work and the floors were still filthy! I immediately vacuumed and mopped. Vacuum full and mop water disgusting. I called her and she said they use their own vacuum and the floor was mopped and they were not coming out again. Don’t trust this company until they get reliable help.

We hired Merry Maids of Kennewick for our move out clean and they were GREAT!!!
After gathering a handful of quotes, I ultimately decided on Merry Maids of Kennewick because of their transparency. Our quote showed US dollar for dollar what we were paying for! The women who cleaned did a great job and were super friendly! 😀

I called Merry Maids to clean a 3rd bathroom in my house that had been overlooked for several years. They sent two Women over and within One Hour the bathroom looked phenomenal. It was my sincerest pleasure to have had Merry Maids over and when needed I’ll most definitely call on them again.

Merry Maids has been servicing my home professionally for almost 5 years. I am satisfied everytime they come. I would highly recommend Merry Maids to friends and family. They are reliable, attentive and go the extra mile to ensure my home is spotless.

Had a detergent spill. Huge mess. I had a busy schedule and no time to clean myself. They were able to help same day. They had all the gear necessary to make quick work. They were courteous and did an excellent job. Additionally, they only charged my in the half hour increment so it didn't even cost an arm and a leg.

I really appreciate the effort.

The maids worked hard for 2.5 hours to clean my house for move out. Most was basic cleaning and they did well except for the bathroom mirror. The light fixture over the kitchen island now sparkles. They arrived a few minutes early even.

They were contracted to do somewhat of a move out, deep clean. Deep clean bathrooms and kitchen. Kitchen cabinets front and back. Clean the fridge. Clean the oven and then clean the baseboards around the entire house and the blinds. They knew I was coming back after I moved out and after they had cleaned. I came back the blinds still had dust on them. The baseboards had not been cleaned. The oven still had cleaner in it that had not been wiped down. The refrigerator was nearly emptied out. Food and drinks thrown away as well as Tupperware thrown away.

I called the company because I was pissed about this horrible service. They called back and said they would give me some discounts and that not everything I claim was supposed to be clean was on the service agreement. Everything is exactly listed on the service agreement and the special instructions first thing was baseboards, which he said was not a part of the service agreement.

I would be so embarrassed if I was this company trying to produce a product, especially if someone knew was moving into the apartment. I'm glad I had to come back because this service was pitiful.

Merry Maids of Kennewick are always reliable and always clean thoroughly. Highly recommend. All the ladies are kind and respectful and trustworthy!

Merry Maids did a fabulous job on my walls and ceilings after I had a horrific grease fire. I had little hope these fantastic women or anybody could clean them after 7 years! These women did such a terrific job there is no need for painting. I give them 10 stars!!! I highly recommend Merry Maids to anyone that needs anything cleaned. YES I am a very HAPPY CUSTOMER 😊

Will never hire this service again.

They came into my home with very specific directions of what needed to be done and instead did everything I did not ask for.

I called to see if they would make it right and the owner takes no accountability for the services he offers and does not supervise his cleaners properly.

Owner doesn’t even work past 12:30 to supervise the quality that his business put out.

Would not recommend to anyone. I figured for the price I would get A+ service but I did not get anything that I paid for and got ripped off

Hired another cleaning service off Facebook which was half the price and double the quality.

Forget this business

Only complaint is they came an hour later than expected. Reasoning was "there was an accident" and followed up with "that's just how it is." Not the greatest first impression but the end result was good

We had Merry Maids do a deep cleaning at one of our rentals and they did a great job. The tenant had left the house in pretty rough shape, very dirty, they weren’t sure if they could get all the shower stains, etc, but we were surprised they got it so clean. We spot checked their dusting and cleanliness throughout the whole house and we were not able to find any places they did not get. It was $975 to get it all done, but no touch ups were needed and they were in and out in one day with 2 cleaners. Highly recommend there services!

I walked in on a maid stealing a piece of silver jewelry. I only realized it after the fact. The cleaning was a gift from my sister and lost a favorite piece of jewelry. I should have filed a police report so that’s on my for not following up but NEVER use this service at all costs.
