If they dont want new clients they should just say it very un proffesional never answers messages i asked about quote mind you had to ask couple times finally got a ill get back to yoy when i get to office and never heard back good thing theres tons cleaning companies out there and i was able find one but if you dont want new customers say it up front

The cleaning process was very professional. I was having concerns with my kitchen before the cleaning because it was pretty greasy. They spent a couple of hours cleaning every possible corner and now it is a lot better! Definitely worth the charge.

They performed a miracle on my house. It was asking a lot to come ASAP before our house was shown to potential buyers. I had been sick and unable to clean in months. It was in shambles and I had two days to get it done. It was immaculate. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Alma and her team did a WONDERFUL job on my house. They did a deep clean (my house needed it.) No detail was overlooked, my salt and pepper shakers were even wipped down. They cleaned from light fixtures to baseboards. My husband was even impressed..so impressed he said I should have it deep cleaned again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. If you want a job well done hire SSC. It was important to us to support a woman owned, small business which is why we chose to go with Sunshine Cleaning Services over larger businesses who quoted us lower. Unfortunately this ended up not being the best choice for us.

They began cleaning an hour late which could easily be excused, but left without me knowing and when I began to walk through many spots had been missed, from wiping down windows in bathrooms, fully cleaning the toilets, minimal effort on the floors which was one of the most important cleaning elements for me. We communicated this with the owner afterwards and she was apologetic and came back to quickly tidy up a few of the missed spots.

We would’ve been fine leaving it at that with no review and just choosing to part ways quietly with their services, but they day after I turned on my oven and it smoked for an hour. I was so confused since it had just been cleaned, and upon looking inside of it there was cleaning residue left all over the top and insides. My house was filled with chemical smoke that took hours to subside and I had to get in my still hot oven to try and wipe it away since I had company coming over. It was so incredibly frustrating and beyond what I could excuse or forgive.

Maybe this was an off day for them but it really ruined my week and I’m out almost $300 for poor quality work.
