Started out great, ended badly. Watch your billing and be careful how you dispute, the gal that handles it is very unprofessional. Some of the girls do a phenomenal job, others truly awful. Would not hire again, would not recommend.

The Personal Touch Cleaning is a great cleaning service company. I have been a client for years and have never been disappointed. They are reliable, professional, thorough and wonderful to work with.

Terrible company to deal with, do not hire. They start out great but their cleaning is very inconsistent. Skipped bedrooms, slipped bathroom. Call the office and they said they would fix and same things kept happening. Then they damaged my chandelier by ripping out of the ceiling and refused to pay for the damage. Watch the office because they do not do the billing correctly either I have been overcharged more than once. Very unprofessional I am extremely dissatisfied and would never hire back.

Angelica did an amazing job. She took pride in her work leaving no detail untouched. I look forward to a regular visit from her. I’ve done business with the Personal Touch for years. They always go above and beyond my expectations.

I've been using PTC for the last couple of years. They are friendly, reliable and flexible. When I was dissatisfied with a cleaning once, I simply called Kim to let her know what had bothered me. She was understanding, apologetic, and grateful for the feedback. We haven't had an issue since, but I trust they would resolve it well again!

I have been a customer of Personal Touch Cleaning for almost 3 years now and in all that time, the employees they send out have been great. They all are hard workers, can 'see' what needs to be done and do it professionally. I highly recommend Personal Touch Cleaning.

PS - I see one post that is quite unfavorable, but I can tell you that this must be an unfortunately rare case. I had one incident where one gal didn't do a good job, called and told them so. They thanked me for the info (without it, they wouldn't have known) and I've not seen her since. As for breakage, I've not had any, but the company is insured, so certainly seems that they would do something. There are 2 sides to every story.
Anyhow, I still recommend them.

Excellent company, professional and efficient staff. I was using their service before COVID restrictions and appreciate their social consciousness in shutting down to ensure the safety of the community and their staff. Waiting for them to regroup and begin regular service will be worth it. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

They've always done a thorough job and it is great to come home after a long day of work and have a nice clean house. The care and communication we received from them during the COVID-19 pandemic was detailed and thorough. They provided written documents required by our corporate HQ. We've been using Personal Touch's services for probably 6-7 years now, and have been quite happy (obviously) with their work.

I believe the company has gone through a couple periods over the years where they had difficulty recruiting/keeping employees, which seems to be the nature of the business. But they've never missed an appointment and have been flexible when we've needed to skip a week or rearrange our schedule. Anna has been our main cleaning person for several years and we love her. She's had various partners help out and they've all done good work.

My wife is a successful local real estate agent and she's hired Personal Touch on occasions when a home needs a good cleaning before it goes on the market, and they've always done good work.

Also, we've never had any issue with billing. Their prices are very fair and they've only raised rates once in all the time we've been with them, which is remarkable. We've referred a couple friends and neighbors, and we get a small discount as part of their referral program.

I have been a client of The Personal Touch for 30 years. In that time, they have consistently provided excellent people to do excellent work. They have always been responsive to my requests and make me happy to trust them. Everyone deserves The Personal Touch!

The personal touch is a great cleaning service company. I am their customer since 2020 for my home services and now we have them for our Church and they are excellent service providers in both.
