They tested my backflow assembly and were very fast... they also handled all the paperwork. I had issues and they recommended a person to fix the problems. Then sent the yearly reminder for testing.

They’ve done our backflow service for 3 years now. No scheduling hassle, they handle all requirements by the city, and send an invoice along when they are done. Couldn’t be any easier!

When other services said they were booked up for the next month I decided to call around and Tyler was able to come out within the same day I called and his fees are very reasonable. Derek was referred to us by my sister. She has been very happy with the services they have had over the years. Derik came at short notice a few times to resolve plumbing emergencies at our elder Mothers home too. My husband and I called to have him resolve pipe issues under our house. We are remodeling now and called him to replace toilets and install a water purification system. We have found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He also is quick to respond which we appreciate. We’ll use him again and we would definitely recommend him.

He picked up a new toilet delivered to my house and completed the required removal and installation of the new unit in the time estimated. No hidden costs. Derik is honest. He was willing to replace a small part instead of replacing the whole component which saved us a lot of money. He does all our plumbing. Water heater replaced, well pump repair, dish washer install etc.
