I highly recommend Derek if you are looking for a plumber who consistently exceeds expectations at a fair price. I had him install new undercounter plumbing and faucets in kitchen and bath, a garbage disposal, and shower plumbing for a complete remodel. He also unclogging some sluggish piping.

Derik is an excellent plumber who went above and beyond my expectations. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He arrived on time, and stayed until the work was completed, at a fraction of the cost I had been quoted by another company. Derik took the time to explain the problems he found under my house, complete with before and after pictures. He additionally repaired a small leak that wasn't a part of the original bid; took pictures of some uninsulated water lines left by a recent contractor; answered all my questions, advised me about my very old water tank; and, cleaned up the debris under my house left by other servicepeople. I called Derik after a friend checked with Kennewick Industrial for plumber recommendations, and Derik was highly recommended. As a senior, my concerns are my safety and security, cost, communication, professional ability, and honesty. Derik more than satisfied each of my concerns. If I could rate his work at 10 stars I would. He is now in my contact list as a "go to" for any plumbing needs I have. Derick came today and did an excellent job of installing a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. He was very knowledgeable on the installations and also resolved a few other problems I was unaware of. He communicated up front about all the work and changes. His cost was very reasonable. Spent around $1800 for a bathroom remodel, and had them deliver it to my house. A $30 dollar 2x2 shower head flange was missing. I call to get, gee I don't know what to say. Stuck with the thirty dollar loss.

Great supply house! Big Tom is always there ready to help with a smile. Coffee is available early. Huge selection to choose from. Always enjoy my visits.
