Was calling different plumbers around the tri city area to come out and give us a quote on a job called Mullins twice and sent an email never received a call back or a return email will not recommend this company at all

Absolutely the worst plumbers in the Tri Cities. We just built a new home and unfortunately the contractor used this company. We knew from our prior home that they were absolutely awful. Issues with the last house found prior to selling. Poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. The new hoe has had the following issues. Failure to put the septic system in the correct place, which cost us a lot of money to change everything. Forgot to plum for a small sink in the kitchen. We have concrete floors so this was quite a process and costly to correct. Hooked up dishwasher wrong causing water to spill everywhere, did not hook up the water softer, which is still leaking. did not adjust the shower heads to function appropriately. Last but not least, put in the wrong garbage disposal, came to replace it with the correct one. Failed to install because they forgot the wire for it to be hard wired. This they should have known prior to send a kid out. He advised us that he could not finish the install which left us without the disposal for a whole weekend. We ask him before he left if we could use the sink and dishwasher. He said yes, no problem. Well this morning we get up to a wet floor, wet under cabinet and now under a lot of the cabinets because, guess what, this person completely forgot to reconnect the hose. What a mess. So I have not gone into all the problems from the last house as it would take days. This has been our experience with this company for both homes. They absolutely are not trustworthy and you should avoid them completely.

Mullins Enterprises, formerly Aarow; DOES NOT CHARGE OVERTIME ON WEEKENDS OR AFTER 5. They have Jeff, he is awesome.
They do the job right for a fair price. Which, is the same price all week.
Case in point, I need a drain cleaned on Sunday. Jeff told me $180+ tax, everyone else us upwards of $300. I asked if that was the weekend rate, he said no. That's the everyday price.
If you need plumbing work, call them!
You won't go wrong.

I contacted scheduled Mullins to come out and look at a drain installation on my rooftop and was told that Jeff would be arriving between 4:30pm and 5pm. Jeff never showed and neither he nor their office bothered to call to reschedule. Don't waste your time with a business that won't respect your time. Move along to the next business.

I have been trying to contact Mullins for 3 weeks with Phone calls, voicemails and through their website. Still no one has returned my call. The only reason I haven’t called anywhere else is because they did the plumbing in my home 3 years ago. Looks like i’ll take my business elsewhere.

One of their drivers just clipped my mirror they were so messy in the middle of the road. They didn’t stop or anything

We called Taylor at Z Plumberz at the recommendation of our daughter, Alessandra Dearing, when we detected a leak in the drain under a bathroom sink. As a real estate agent, she keeps a contacts list of reliable people who can do all sorts of house-, contracting-, and financing-related services.

Taylor worked us into the schedule the next day—plenty quick enough for a small leak. Plumber Jose Gutierrez showed up right at the scheduled time. Though Jose could not get the sink to leak again, Jose gave us a quote to rebuild the drain assembly if we still wanted to. For the sake of peace of mind, we decided to follow through on the work. He got the parts and finished the job quickly. He was friendly, professional, and competent.

We will keep Z Plumbers in our contacts list for the next time we need a plumber.

They sent some kid to my house for an estimate. I left him in bathroom for sometime and he finally came out and told me he’s never done an estimate before but would get one to me by end of day. Well it’s been weeks and I never heard from them again But my phone and email security system was full time blocking text and phone calls I got after I contacted them for two days…. maybe a coincidence? No matter it was rude!
So waste my time and you get a bad review. People take time from other things to make time for you and when you fail at that you’re just worthless because it shows you never even cared about my time if I hired you or not.

José did a great job draining and replacing both our water heaters, recirculation pump, installing new powered anode rods to eliminate sulfur odor from our well water, and replacing a bad shutoff valve. So excited to have odor-free, quickly- & consistently-heated water!
