The customer service is horrible. We were the only customers in the lighting store & no greeted us or checked on us. I knew what I wanted but left as it seems they don't want to make a sale. I will never shop there again or recommend them.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and you don’t need a contractor’s license to shop there for HVAC parts (unlike other HVAC supply shops in town).

Very busy, helped me find the parts I needed, good stock on hand. Beat going to the orange box store for sure.

Lots of parts available. I found what I couldn't find at the local hardware store. It took them less than one minute to find the part for me. Reasonable price as well.

Have purchased irrigation & plumping parts for several years and each and every employee has always been very helpful. No wonder why its always busy.

I live in Walla Walla and usually deal with the Walla Walla office. But the Walla Walla ware house was out of pipe I needed and I headed to this warehouse to get some more and wow ... what a place. Great staff and they have lots of plumbing material. They also have an electrical and plumbing show room as well.

Have been dealing with KIE for several years. They will take care of your needs. A busy operation and the employees are knowledgably about their products. KIE is the business to go too.

I like going to KIE because they have a knowledgeable staff that knows where things are even when I don't know what they are. I'm just a runner for a friend of mine. They've always been friendly and help me and explain things when I ask them to. So all I can say is to KIE for all your plumbing and electrical needs.

These guys are friggin awesome... To the 3 man crew that was staffed at 4:55pm on Tuesday March 6th. You gave me the perfect tool to remove the stuck brass housing of a Moen cartridge for a single faucet tub/shower. It literally took 30 seconds to remove it when I had spent 2 hours or more trying to strong arm it. Thank you for your help and the savings of $250.00 of have a plumber do the same thing. I will definitely use your store again when I have a problem I cannot solve. AWESOME!!!!!

Went into the store today with no one in there. They told me I couldn’t look at there show room floor with lights today. I had to make an appointment in order to walk through to look at the show room floor. Won’t be giving my business to them. Poor customers skills.

KIE Supply is the only store that I will shop at for lighting and lamps. They are true experts in the lighting industry and really take the time to understand my job requirements. The courteous and knowledgeable staff go the extra mile for me!

The person assisting me in the irrigation department made several mistakes filling my order. wrong parts were pulled and they were not caught until I compared the parts to my parts list. He didn't bother to check for correct parts before taking my money.

Horrible experience with these people. I was involved in an accident with one of their employees in their parking lot. The VP signed a paper claiming no fault after reviewing the video. Then they put in a claim to my insurance saying I was at fault. Don't trust what they tell you.
