My husband and I have always been well served at KIE. KIE employees have always found the part we needed or have come up with a solution that will work for our older sprinkler system or other problems. They have a great selection. Employees are experienced and helpful, answering questions and advising on strategies that might help.. We always find what we need and/or how to fix the problem, so even though it is a little farther away from us than other places it saves time and frustration to shop there. Their selection of new systems and advice on which those would fit our needs best also keeps us coming back. A few months ago, they asked us about a faucet we were going to replace, told us the manufacturer probably still had it under warranty, and gave us the contact info to obtain replacement parts for free, even though they could have sold us a new faucet. It is nice to shop at an honest, knowledgeable place that cares about its customers.

We went shopping at KIE in Kennewick to pick out some light fixtures for our home. Amberly was knowledgeable and helpful in helping us make our selection choices.

Went in to get a connector for under cabinet lighting that our builder installed. The front desk staff lady that helped me seemed as though I was interrupting her day. Had a hard time finding the part and told me to go get it off of ebay that she couldn’t help me. Never made eye contact with me and just looked at her computer. Horrible customer service!

Drove all over town at all different plumbing stores, they had the part I needed at half the price of anybody else, and had more in stock. Super nice people as well. It was a 1 inch backflow preventer for Potable water lines. Only one other place in town even had it, and there’s was almost 3 times as much.

Do not waste you time wandering the big stores. This place has all the REAL irrigation stuff you need. I was a newbie home owner. This staff solved all my irrigation problems and showed.me to quality parts.No wasted time.Oh. best no baloney plumbing and lighting showrooms in area. Tip. use phone and bring pix.

Kevin is wonderful, he is very courteous and professional! Cory in the showroom is also very nice. Great quality products, great prices excellent overall. The quality is so much better than the big bix stores and I like supporting local business.

Avoid this place!!! My elderly parents purchased some outdoor lights from here. Had them just over a week while their house was being painted. We tried to install one and it would not clear their doorway. My mother tried to return them and they would not take them back. Real upstanding business you guys are running. Take advantage of the elderly.

Picked up irrigation supplies today. Really a first besides a few sprinkler heads I replaced over the years. Our new place has a irrigation system that needs help and Ron walked me through the process, gave me options and answered all my questions. Ron is very knowledgeable and gave amazing 👏 customer service. You've earned a new customer for life!!!

I’ve been in twice now and both experiences I’ve had have been great! The staff is always super helpful, kind, and personable.

Great place to get your plumbing parts! Very helpful staff, always polite and welcoming. Free popcorn and coffee usually hit the spot while between jobs. And open Saturday till 1pm! Most supply houses are closed on weekends so that is good. Keep up the good work fellas!

May 2017 Seth and the staff are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

June 2018Had another issues I needed professional help a year after receiving exceptional service from Seth and his team. This year I called up after forgetting how helpful Seth was last year. I was describing the issue I was having and Seth without skipping a beat corrected me know the type of equipment I was working with from a year later. I had the phone on speaker phone and even my coworkers were shocked by how knowledgeable and helpful Seth was with handling my issue. Dude went the extra mile to make sure I had the stuff I needed and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

2018 Had a miscommunication about a small purchase with a representative. Talked with Michele in lightning and was able to solve the issue. She handles the issue professionally and quickly to meet a resolution.

I have basic plumbing skills but usually need some actual plumbing knowledge before I started cutting into pipes in my house. I made 3 trips back and forth with pictures and drawn up diagrams with several questions before I bought anything. Finally we had a plan and with their knowledge and my basic plumbing skills, the job was completed without a hitch. Saved me hundreds from having to call a plumber. Very kind and helpful, and patient. Than you KIE!

The electrical team always does a great job on finding the parts that I need, even if they need to get it ordered. I always like Monica helping me get my order put together because she’s always accurate and reminds me of things I may have missed. Overall great staff

I’ve been coming here for years. A great business full of knowledge that they are more than willing to share. Every time I leave I’ve learned something new. Now walking in can be a little intimidating with all the rows of parts and pieces but if you dive in the staff will be there to lend a hand. Shout out to Scott at the front! This guy saved me a few hundred with a phone call to another guy ! Haha. What a great community asset this business is. Thank You !

Always great customer service! They always have what I need, whether plumbing or irrigation, if they don't have it, they bend over backwards to find it.

Can't say enough good things about KIE. They have helped us out many times. Recently our well pump controller went out and the staff and management in the irrigation department spent the time to help us find a compatible replacement. They told us what they knew, and what they didn't know, so that we could figure it out. Thanks guys, and oh we got the one from Sunnyside and had a friend help us install it. It works great! Thanks : )

Excellent customer service from the young lady in the electrical parts and service. Sorry that I didn't get her name. She found a fuse based on my phone request. When it wasn't correct when I went to see it, she helped to find another source. Thank you!

KIE is a great place for plumbing and electrical parts. Pete, Scott and Monica are very friendly and very helpful. They try very hard to make sure that they can fill all of our needs, and if they can't they do everything they can to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. Ray in the back office is very helpful with trying to get parts ordered that they don't normally carry on the showroom floor. Great group of people.

I had a bad experience. I went to buy a part for a water heater that cost me 187.68 and I wanted to return it just because I told them to test it. They wouldn't accept it, but I think if you don't test it, how are you supposed to know if it works or not? Anyway, I don't think it's worth continuing to buy from them.

We highly recommend KIE Supply for any homeowner/contractor looking for irrigation parts & material. All the guys in the irrigation department are super helpful! Matt, Alexis, Abe, Juan & Wyatt are all good guys who are very knowledgeable in irrigation and are always on top of things!
