Quite surprised to see only 3 stars for rating. I have used them twice. Service promt,professional,and quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them.i might add i am exytemely had to please so if i raye them 5 stars they have to be great.

Called today to schedule someone to come out. With in minutes Darren was able to troubleshoot my problem right over the phone. Saved me money and time!! The professionalism and patience was exceptional.

Very fast and amazing customer service. Our water heater went out. Everywhere else is booked out 2 to 3 weeks. They were able to show up same day and complete the fix. Highly recommend them five stars.

Helpful, professional, polite, and punctual. We had an issue with an old water heater that had been leaking; they came out the same day we called to give a quote and to look over the situation. They made some great recommendations and were priced right. We'll definitely be using them again in the future. Attached photo is the complete installation of the new water heater, minus electrical hookup (which we did ourselves).

Was very responsive when called. We had a leak where original water heater rusted out, early 2020. Darren came out with help, was able to get the new water heater installed. It was a challenge since would not drain out property. They overcame the challenge. Great people to work with. Very impressed overall with the business and will use again. Darren and his team, Jacob, Josh and even Kaylea from the office were all extremely great to work with. I hired them to install a new hot water tank, remove a tub during a master bath remodel, reroute some piping for the new installation and reconnect everything when the project was complete. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. The installation was very clean and they left the site in better condition that when they arrived. I have them now as a contact in my cell and will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing.

Advance was very professional and extremely reasonably priced compared to other plumber's that we have had to use recently. Their quote was spot on and they did not have any hidden charges. We are doing a full bathroom/bedroom remodel after we experienced a flood after coming home from a family vacation. We had chosen to do a majority of the work ourselves. They were very understanding and did not try to pressure us to doing more work than we asked for, like another plumber we had come over. We would and will use them again. And we highly recommend them to anyone who needs a small or large job done!

Advanced Plumbing did the rough-in and finish installation on my master bath remodel. They replaced the tub, shower plumbing, and double sink. They were always on time, professional, and done early. Their work was top-notch. Their communication with me and cooperation with other trades was excellent.

Person was running ahead of schedule so he called and arranged to arrive quite a bit earlier than planned; which was nice. Allowed me to get more things done than originally planned.

I received an estimate for the work in a timely manner after first contacting the company. The service men did their jobs very well, and I am very pleased with the work and service overall. I had an RO water system installed in my kitchen as well as the other work noted.
