As a trusted healthcare professional in my community I do not recommend Riggle Plumbing, Inc. I made a service call to a residential home, and I was told by the technician that he was unable to perform a test due to a crack in a pipe but to call as soon as that was fixed and he could complete the job. When I inquired about a cost for the service call THAT day, he said "I won't charge you for coming out since I only looked at it, but call us to reschedule". I left for work out of town and when I came back I had a bill pending so I went in to their office, asked if we could at least complete the service that I had requested the next time it would be due for servicing. They took a payment and set a "scheduled date". When I called to redeem my pre-paid service, they said I didn't have any credit to my account. This company basically went back on their word about not charging me for the service call (since he was unable to do anything) and charged me anyway. I think there is just more to a company than a transaction for financial gain, my rating is not based on a fee. I will not be referring any family, friends or colleagues to Riggle Plumbing.

We have a mid-century house with mid-century plumbing and so a good plumber is your best friend! Riggle Plumbing is the best in the area: fast, good communication, and they stand behind their work. We truly appreciate them!

Riggle Plumbing was fantastic. I called and they were at my home within the hour. The technician knew exactly how to fix the issue and was finished in 45 minutes. I will absolutely call them again!

I had a leak in a kitchen drain pipe that I tried to repair myself, but botched the job (I broke the pipe at a fitting between floors). I called Riggle Plumbing at 4:00 pm and Joel was on-site by 9:30 am the next day! The repair involved opening up the sheetrock behind the dishwasher and replacing the drain pipe from there down into the garage. He finished the job in less than two hours, including a leak test. On top of that, he gave me a 20% senior discount! I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received from Joel and Riggle.

These guys were great. Replaced a leaky bathroom sink faucet and even checked my freezer water line. Fast, efficient and friendly. Price was great. Worth every penny. You can't beat their service.

Our kitchen drain line was clogged. I had heard good reports about Riggle Plumbing, so contacted them for assistance. Their plumber called ahead of our scheduled appointment, to be certain this would be convenient for us. The plumber was professional and went right to the task of clearing our drain in short order. We are seniors and I was pleased that the plumber provided us with a senior discount without us having to ask. Very nice - thanks! Excellent customer service and we will be certain to use Riggle Plumbing for any future needs.

I had new outdoor 1/4 turn faucets installed and they did a great job. Later we remodeled our master bath completely and Kevin did an excellent job of rerouting the plumbing for the vessel sinks, and did an excellent installation of the new no handle comfort height toilet and feed line. When we remodel the guest bathroom next year we will definitely use them again. All their staff our great, but Kevin is our favorite.

Our hot water tank went out in the morning, I had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. the next day, the worker was done with his other workflow that day and was able to get to my home 3.5 hours sooner. Professional, keeps a clean work enviroment, and efficient. Fair price for work done

Joel (I think that is his name) was excellent! He was knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and appreciated. He replaced a faucet for our washer inlets, and two bathroom, faucets and drains, and the laundry room, drain, and made sure there were no leaks, and he clean up after himself, and he went above and beyond what we expected. .

Jon and Micah came to replace my water heater. They were both very kind, professional and worked hard to get the job done. My house is older so they had to do some modifications to my wall to fit the new one and my water heater just would not drain. I was very pleased with how they managed the job. They had to leave/return with a different size heater. They worked well into the evening to get the job done too. Very happy with this company.

Overcharged an hourly rate—-thankfully I have cameras and can track how long they worked at my house. This was my second experience using them. The first experience was just as bad…person left brown splatter all over my walls in the bathroom and basement hallway, also put the toilet on crooked. I question now whether that first bill was also an overcharge. I would look elsewhere for plumbing services

I had my boyfriend install a new dishwasher at a rental property I own and it started leaking. So I decided to find a plumber and I picked Riggle Plumbing because it had good reviews. I needed to have an air gap or high loop installed so I figured they could handle that while they came to check out the leak. I called and made an appointment and the girl on the phone seemed nice and they got me in on the day I wanted. On the day of my appointment the technician Jon called me that morning and said he had a cancellation and he could be there early if I was available so I was happy about that. Jon showed up and he was not very nice he started looking at every thing and when he pulled the dishwasher out it disconnected from the power source because it had a short power cord. He found the leak and all he had to do was tighten something and the leak stopped. He was at my house for over an hour and he said he couldn’t help me because I needed an electrician to come out and fix the “electrical mess” that was behind the dishwasher and I could call him to come back after it’s fixed. He kept saying I don’t have this item to fix this or that item to fix that and he doesn’t know anything about electrical work, which I obviously knew because he works for a plumbing company. He said he would still have to charge me for labor, which I was fine with but he charged me $106 plus tax so he could basically tell me how to fix it and to tighten a bolt. I called my dad and all he had to do was get a longer extension cord and my dad had to twist a pipe a little bit to make the line into a high loop system. I was not happy with the service and very disappointed! I will never be working with this company again!

This review is for Joel a very helpful plumber who started me and my wife through what will no doubt be an arduous process to reclaim our bathroom. An undetected slow leak from a wall hung toilet is the cause of a lot of grief but with Joel’s help in diagnosing the problem we are now on our way to restoration

We just used Riggle plumbing to do a full inspection of our crawl space and look for any leaks or pipes that may be exposed that would require to be insulated during our cold winters to prevent any pipes from freezing. We have not been in the crawl space in 8 years, so it was time. Joel was very professional and very easy to talk to. Found out he lives in the same neighborhood. Love using my prof neighbors. He took the time to look at and answer a few questions I always had about our plumbing and never made me feel rushed or my questions were unfounded. Thanks, Riggle for helping out us seniors and giving us peace of mind knowing all is good with our home. We passed with flying colors. No leaks or issues to be concerned about.

Joel & Juan completed several jobs for me including repairing a p-trap underneath my bathroom sink, replacing shut off valves, fixing my bathtub faucet that had seized, and repairing a leak to my water heater. All done efficiently and professionally. This is the second I have used Riggle and will continue to do so in the future.

They showed up the same day I called. We had a low water pressure issue and he found the problem right away which was the need to adjust the pressure regulator. He worked quickly and was professional as well as friendly.

Had some issues with an external hose bib and a series of valves. Moises came out and worked through the problem very methodically to save on rework and taught me a thing or two. Appreciated the prompt service prior to travelling.

Riggle, came in with the best bid to replace main water line. They spent 3 days, digging around thigh thick tree roots, cutting concrete floor, digging under foundations. Through out the project the crew informed me of what they were going to do. They cleaned up after each part of the project. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Great crew!!
