Excellent service. They came out right away to snake my drain line. The plumber was honest and knowledgeable and treated my old cast iron plumbing with tender loving care. It could have been a much larger repair without his know how and experience. They are my first call for plumbing.

Same day quote, had all their services done EARLY! There guys are the best!
Found more damage than expected, they called and got someone else to come out right away. Both companies coordinated and STILL had our project done 4 days sooner than planned. They came and worked extra hard to make sure we were all set.
They went above and beyond. I highly recommend!
Update: I had a completely separate issue happen shortly after the repairs were done. (Was not their fault at all) I called them, got another inspection and I had a quote the same day.
After all the repairs it took a total of maybe a week to get it all done. I highly recommend these guys! Fast, efficient, and they talk you through all the issues to make sure you understand. Truly an outstanding company.

Chris was the tech that came to my place, after just talking to him i was confredable with using Express 24 he was vary knowledgeable. Having a older place with vary dated plumbing I was a bit worried it may have been alot more difficult, but he had my drain line clear on less than an hour. I recommend using Express 24 anytime.

I discovered my 20 year old American Standard gas hot water heater was leaking and called Express 24 Hour Plumbing for a free estimate to replace it. Chris was here by noon the same day and provided me with an estimate to upgrade to a higher quality Bradford White gas hot water heater. The quote provided included everything - permit, tank, seismic straps, etc. - and was $500.00 less than an estimate I received from another company for an American Standard gas hot water heater. Needless to say, I immediately signed the quote to replace my existing hot water heater. To my surprise. Chris was able to schedule the replacement for the same day! Even though half the day was already gone, true to his word, Chris was here at 6:00 p.m. to perform the replacement. It was then that he discovered the shut-off valve was inoperable and needed to be replaced but, given the age, it was no longer available. This was not included in the original diagnosis but fortunately he had a compatible shut-off valve available to replace the old one so he could proceed with the replacement. He removed the old tank which was rusting out, cleaned the area of the rusty water leaks, and installed the new hot water heater. I was so impressed with the quality of work, the brand of product provided and the knowledgeable, professional service Chris provided that I have already referred them to 2 other family members for their plumbing needs!

Chris came over and did a very amazing job unclogging our kitchen sink! No hidden fees - straight up front and gave us a great deal. Love working with smaller businesses - Chris was very kind and let our kids watch him as he worked too!

Great company to work with! Called about getting our toilet fixed and they were able to squeeze us in within two hours! One of my pressure tanks failed during a weekend away. I found water on the floor in the utility room. I called Monday morning and Tracy answered. She was very pleasant. Tracy said she’d have someone there when I was home from work. Waylon and an assistant showed up on time. First thing from Waylon was a handshake and a magnet to put on my fridge. He looked at my plumbing set up. Both of my tanks were 35 years old. He looked at my water heater in the corner and it too was 35 years old. Waylon asked if he wanted me to swap out just the faulty tank or change out both tanks and the water heater. I told him the water heater has been starting to make noise. He gave me a quote and I told him let’s get it all done at once. I’ve also been through the horrible experience of a flooded home due to plumbing failures. I’m okay with putting in some preventative maintenance to limit the chances of that happening again.
I liked how Waylon gave me options and wasn’t pushy whatsoever. He left it up to me how much or how little I wanted done.
He explained everything during the process. I thought he’d be back the next day to start the work. Nope. He said he’d have in done that evening. Wow!
Waylon and crew finished the work and said if anything comes up, call them at any hour of the day so they can get back out and make repairs. He also talked about tax credits for the items and work.
Several days later, I found a two small leaks. It wasn’t a huge deal. Just a couple of small drips at two brass connections. I called up Waylon and he said someone would be there the next morning. This is when I met Carl. He spent several hours explaining the issue and made all the repairs. Carl was awesome as well. He told me no charge because of a warranty on their work.
I’m very pleased with Express 24 Plumbing. They will be the first ones I call if I have any more plumbing issues. The customer service was excellent. They were a great group of guys and I can’t thank them enough for all they did.

Carl came out and looked at our water heater that was leaking, gave us our options got us a new water heater and had it installed and running within an hour! He was very kind and helpful, the replacement looks great!

The came out quickly and gave me a free quote for replacing my old water heater, explaining everything clearly and making sure the installation would meet code. They were upfront about costs and did a clean, efficient job installing the new water heater. When they realized a catch pan had not been installed, they returned promptly to fix it without any hassle. The area was left tidy, and we’re very happy with the work they did. Outstanding Service and Expertise!

Express 24 Hour Plumbing and Drain recently came out to Legacy Jiu-Jitsu to perform preventative maintenance, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our facility was built in 1952, so we have older pipes that require knowledgeable care—and Carl and Chris were absolutely up to the task.

They were incredibly professional, thorough, and clearly very experienced. What stood out most was how they took the time to educate me on our entire plumbing system, explaining what to watch for and how to keep everything running smoothly. It was refreshing to work with technicians who genuinely cared about preventative solutions, not just quick fixes.

I would confidently recommend Express 24 Hour Plumbing and Drain for both commercial and residential work. Carl and Chris did a fantastic job, and we’ll definitely be calling them again!

Express Plumbing did a great job, quickly, professionally and personably. Work performed as estimated and at the quoted price. Leak on main water line was quickly found and repaired. Price was reasonable in lieu of the possible unknowns. Repair person was friendly and knowledgeable. Express Plumbing’s response to my emergency situation is very much appreciated.

1-Tom-Plumber is the best. They were on time very respectful and courteous. Did an excellent job. I can't remember all of their names but Colton was top notch as was the rest of them. So if you need a plumber these guys are the one to call. I will be using them again

Estimate was requested on site the day of at the last minute. Our guy showed up for the estimate, and did the 4 hour repair that same day. Friendly folks and a great team!

The technician Scott did a great job of finishing the job on time. After I called them, he reached within the hour. They charge $99 / hr for the trip but it's waived if they do work to fix. Very reasonable charges.

Had to have a water heater hooked up. Cody came to the rescue! He did a fantastic job. Cody was knowledgeable and friendly ! Just like that we had water again! Thanks Cody!
