#1 plumbers in my book. Tyler and Scott came in did all the work we agreed upon in the estimate and exceeded expectations. Complete re-plumb of entire house, removed all piping and replaced with Pex A. done in a day. Answered all my questions, in person and in call. This job all took place during Middle of house renovation. They even said they will come back to finish the job due to cabinets being in the way. Estimate blew competition out of the water price wise. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a bathroom sink drain that failed and was leaking into the basement of one of my rentals. The guys at 1-Tom showed up to get eyes on and give me a quote. They came the next day and completed the job. The techs were professional and left the job site clean. They ended up having to do more than expected but they still honored the original quote. Will definitely use for future issues!

Hopelessly clogged kitchen drain in an older home: my rechnician rocked the job. He was friendly, efficient, and displayed a goood understanding of the process, using various pieces of equipment to get the drain moving. We are pleased and would recommend Colton again. They were quick to get him out to our house.

Had them install a new sink. They were able to come same day I called. Very timely and professional, would recommend them for plumbing in the Tri Cities.

My water heater was making a whistling sound and is 10 years old. Cody arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He explained what was going on and gave me an estimate telling me when I was ready for a new one what it would cost. No high pressure sales, leaving the timing to you.

This company helped out my strip mall with getting a new water heater in one of my suites. They were kind, curtious, and fast even got the electrical hooked up so I didn't have to wait for the electrician. Great job.

Gary and Fernando from 1-Tom-Plumber did an amazing job. Replaced my old, failing hybrid water heater with a new thankless water heater and water softener. They were down to earth people that communicated what they could offer, made recommendations that suited the installation. They were able to get it replaced same day that they were called out. Showed how to operate and provided preventative maintenance guidance. Highly recommend them.

I called them on a Thursday and was able to get someone out the next day. They had a technician come all the way from the Tri-Cities on a Friday versus making me wait until the next week. Adan was great to work with! He got right to the root of my problem and was a true prrofessional. The costs were reasonable and I’m definitely going to use them next time!

I had a plumbing emergency Saturday Feb. 14th, the water shut off valve to the toilet snapped off, water was flooding the bathroom. Patti did an amazing job in getting Colton out to my house quickly to get the water shut off. Colton made the repairs and assisted me with locating a restoration company. Thank you Patti and Colton !! Colton did an amazing job. Fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber.

Cody arrived right on time and quickly determined additional parts to add hot/cold outlets in my garage. He did a great job installing the utility sink and faucet I had purchased. He was very clear to explain to me what he did. At no additional cost, Cody will be back with insulation for both the new lines and to drill holes in the bottom shelf of the utility sink, so it will snap in solidly.

Amazing. My tech Colton was incredible. He and his helper did a prompt job repairing my leak and ensured I was satisfied with the job. He was tolerant of my terrible dogs too

Gary and Adan were great to work with. Our water heater was failing and they were able to get out to our house the next day to assess the situation. Within the week we had a new water heater (our old one was 18 years old) and we could not be more pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

I called around 7:30am, and the owner still answered the phone while making breakfast. We got a technician out to my house in 40 minutes. Adan the technician even showed me how to properly use my own auger, but the clog required a mechanical touch. Quick and informative service. I'm glad I was able to offer Adan his first cup of coffee that day as a thank you for such speedy work!

My kitchen sink plugged up on a Friday evening! Called three plumbers and only 1 Tom plumber was available on Saturday. The guy did a great job. Didn't take him long, but I was sticker shocked! Your prices are way too high!

Adam Alejandre was an amazing technician! From beginning to end, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. We had a huge root in our system from the horrible storm. While the toilets flushed fine the showers filled with raw sewage while the washer and dishwasher were on. Thank heavens I was home and happened to need a shower, hallelujah! It could have been so much worse. Adam went above and beyond to diagnose the situation and followed through with every step. Now both toilets are sooo much better than they were before and Adam didn’t miss a beat to include going under the house! I was so impressed because he’s so young as well. He’s definitely a rock star and I know he will go far! Just wow!

I went from having no hot water to a new hot water heater being installed in less than 20 hours! Colton did a great job and explained the entire process to me as I requested.
