A plumber came out and fixed the leak. But there is no warranty for the work. If it again leaks I will have to pay another $150 and so on. Apparently they provide warranty only if any parts were replaced but their plumber decided that there was no need for that.

Excellent work at a fair price from honest, helpful, and friendly staff. Never trust a 1 star review of this company. Any future plumbing work will start with a call to these guys

Megan and Jason are by far the most professional and efficient business owners I've met in a long time. Each time we have called them to our house Jason has been there within the day or two. If somthing comes up Megan is quick to stay in touch as to when they will be out. I completely trust the work they do as well as their word and that says a lot. If your looking for honest, proficient, affordable work. These guys put they're whole hearts into what they do. Look no further!!!

I cant say enough good things anout them. They really care. They actually went out of their way to not only do a good job for a fair price but helped me deal with the results of a nightmare plumber who left me in a bad pinch. They moved their schedule around and made it happen. Theyre not just a great company... theyre genuinely caring... nice people.

I have used Columbia Basin Plumbing for multiple project big and small, every single time the work is completed on time and within budget. They are very knowledgeable and professional, I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

They were able to come check out our hot water heater and replace it within 24 hours of us calling them, very responsive and reasonably priced! Would absolutely recommend!

Called them @ 10am. And offered a 12pm appt. Extremely fast service, had the clog in my drain removed in less then an hour!! Would recommend for all your plumbing issues or needs!!

Did a great job. Was there when I need someone fast. Kitchen drain plugged, was very fast and a very nice guy. Very affordable. Cleaned up the mess and was like I hadn't even had a problem with my drain.

I must have experienced someone else. I chose this place based on reviews. My experience was awful. They forgot about my appointment. Then sent me a new guy, (after i called and asked where they were) that forgot the toilet I had ordered days before. They didn't do any of what i originally hired them to do. The new guy that came was not very experienced, spent most of the time explaining things that he couldnt do and reasons why he couldnt(things like snaking the drain, cleaning drain vents, unclogging drains, installing toilets....plumber things......). I had to kindly get him to leave before the bill was too high since you pay by the hour. I took it in stride and paid them the $450 without complaint(but i wouldn't pay the extra hour it took to drive back and get the toilet they forgot, but they tried). I then called another plumber who came and fixed the problem with zero communication issues...... Bottom line, one of the worst hires I've ever made. Wasted time and money

We had them install a water heater. They had to take our toilet out to get to it and they did. Hr put it all back hot water was working. Later that day we notice a leak around the toilet. He had replaced to wax ring so it shouldn't have been leaking to our knowledge. So we called and asked. They got back to us with this. That with the age of the toilet it probably needs a rebuild kit and all the gaskets replaced. Mind you he never even told us that this could be an issue. Thankfully we had not gone out of town for the weekend or it would have been leaking all weekend. So that was going to cost us more to replace all of that. That's on top of already paying 1,300 just to get the hot water tank taken care of. I was a little upset that we were even having this issue considering the whole reason we even had them do it was because we did not want the hassle of the job. We wanted to just pay someone and have them do it. The lady on the phone said "oh he k ew you were working on a budget" that was not the case. And the plumber never mentioned a single thing about the toilet needing a rebuild kit. So I called the place where they got the water heater and for the exact same model and brand water heater it was just a little over 400 they charged us 800 for the water heater! Plus charged us drive time. This company is horrible! This spring when we have all the plumbing redone in the house I will not be calling them!

Second time they're saved my bacon. They were fast, professional, helpful. Andres made sure I checked the work and explained what happened, why, and what he did to fix the problem. I recommend.

Absolutely Amazing, Hero's I'd say, I needed my water heater installed and had called 20 other places before reaching them, by far the best customer service I've ever had, they squeezed me in the same day and got the job done! Would call them again if I ever need services. Thanks again to the Columbia Basin Plumbing Team.

I gave them 5 stars even though there was a time hang up which is understandable. The gentlemen that came out was very professional and polite. He answered any questions I had and explained what needed to be done. They do charge one hour labor minimum which is typical but they would have been done in 20 mins... So the time hang up was the service man ran out of access panels and was gone for almost an hour running around town locating one to buy. This wasn't that big of a deal with me since I had no plans, but should be addressed in the review as it could be an issue if someone was on a time restraint. Their pricing I believe is fair they where less than half the amount Mr. Rooter wanted to charge. Overall, great experience.

Spoke to Donna and she was super attentive to my situation and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Next day Jeremiah arrived on time and went right to work figuring out the toilet drain back problem. He was excellent and worked fast and was extremely knowledgeable about what was being done. For a bad situation it was a pleasure having Jeremiah figure it all out and great attitude. Thank you Columbia Basin Plumbing.

My husband and I were in the middle of moving and had our shower head break off in the wall and we just didn't have time to fix it our selves... Everyone else my husband called couldn't be to our old house to do the repairs for a few days and we just couldn't wait that long... We called Columbia Basin Plumbing and they were able to be out to the house within a few hours and had it fixed in less then an hour... Very friendly and professional!! And his rates were very reasonable!! They will be our first and only call of we ever need someone again!!

So grateful for Columbia Basin Plumbing. The office staff was so kind and understanding and great at communicating and getting our repair scheduled on a Friday afternoon. The plumber who came out was friendly and had us fixed up in no time along with some great advice for future repairs/projects.

Excellent and fast service. They were at the house within an hour of calling to replace an expansion tank that had gone bad and flooded our garage. I would definitely recommend this company. The techs name was Russ. He worked quickly and was very courteous.

Called to have a garbage disposal replaced. Was quoted $550 for a new disposal and $165/hr for labor. I thought that seemed high so I went to Costco, bought one for $80 and swapped it out in 30 min. I am a mid-20s girl who has no plumbing experience. Save yourself $800 and do it yourself (or call another plumber). Still cannot figure out how they are charging these prices for parts that don't cost that much.

I can't begin to say how impressed I am with Columbia Basin Plumbing! From the first second on the phone with Megan, all the way through finishing the job, they were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and do great work.

They handled an entire replumb for us on an older manufactured home in a timely manner at a fair price. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in the future!

I can not give Columbia Basin Plumbing a good enough review! We had our newest grandson coming to visit our home for the first time and our water heater went out the night before. Both my wife and I were in a panic! We called Columbia Basin Plumbing and were connected to Jason. He assured us he would have everything taken care of for us first thing in the morning.

Jason came out to our house at 8:00 the next morning, (a Sunday on top of all of this,) diagnosed, changed out, cleaned up, and left in under two hours!

Not only was the customer service fantastic, the price was less than half what we expected. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and his whole team at Columbia Basin Plumbing for whatever plumbing needs you have! We are very thankful to see there are still those contractors out there willing to sacrifice their personal time to make sure their customers needs are taken care of.

Great people and a great company! Columbia Basin Plumbing did a great job when our main sewage line collapsed. I cant believe how quick we were up and running again. The integrity, quality of services and fair price is incredible! I highly recommend!
