We needed a new sink and disposal installed before putting my parents house on the market. I chose 1-Tom-Plumber because of the reviews they had and they did not dissapoint.
Colton was so nice and professional. He was on time, even early, and finished the job beautifully.

Contacted 1-Tom Plumbing (Kennewick, WA) in the morning to get schedule info regarding unclogging a toilet and replacing it with a new extra tall toilet. Got estimate before noon and accepted it and work was started at 3:00 PM and finished around 5:00 PM. The plumber (Adan) cleaned up everything and hauled away all debris including old toilet. He explained and showed his work and was very courteous and helpful with answers to my questions. I am giving 1-Tom plumbing a 5 star rating for their excellent response and work. I would recommend 1-Tom Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing work.

Best plumbing technician and apprentice i could ask for. I used to be a general contractor so belive me when I say this....Ask for Colton. Very fast and reliable. 1-Tom-Plumber came out to give a bid for a client of my real estate business. The technician was very thorough and worked hard to figure out the source of the problem. They QUICKLY provided a written follow up bid (within an hour or two) for all the work that was determined to be the problem. My seller ended up going with another plumber (only because of cost) but I was very happy with what they provided. They weren't going to charge anything but I knew the technician had spent a total of 2 hours over the course of 2 days. They only requested a $159 service fee which I thought was very reasonable. I am very happy with their service and will continue using them.

Called 1-Tom-Plumber on short notice for a broken valve stuck in the closed position coming into my house, main garage valve. Spoke with Donald, and on very short notice, Colton came out and gave me an estimate. Colton advised of his plan and said he had to run to pick up parts. Colton was back quickly and began the repair, and explain what he was doing throughout the job. He was very meticulous with taking just enough drywall necessary to access and repair the valve/pipe. The valve was repaired and no issues experienced. Colton was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling this company if I experience another plumbing issue at our house, and have already recommended them to others to keep there info on hand. Much appreciated!

Its my second time using 1 Tom Plumber now. Their service is great. The technicians are skilled and get the job done right the first time with a guarantee that it was done correctly, which I appreciate. All of the technicians both from this job and the last were very polite and listened to my concerns, and resolved all of the issues I had. I hope I don't have more plumbing issues, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

Colton and his apprentice were very knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed the problems efficiently and effectively in made the needed repairs. They also gave me advice on improvements. They also effectively worked with the restoration contractor. I was very satisfied with their services.

1-Tom Plumber was excellent to work with. We had an emergency on Halloween night and they were quick to respond and arrived the same day as our call to them. Our technician, Gary, was very professional and at the same time personable and friendly and took the time to hear our concerns and then acted quickly and efficiently to address our needs. Had a fight break in my wall called one Tom plumbing and they sent Cody vickers out. He assess the situation and came back first saying the next morning and knocked it out and the price was very well and very highly recommended. Awesome guy definitely will be calling him again and telling anybody I know to ask for him.

1 Tom Plumbing was awesome. Of course our kitchen faucet flooded our kitchen right before a large party 🤣 but, 1 Tom Plumbing came right out, fixed the problem. Gary our technician, was speedy and competent. Got us back on track quickly. Safety is also at the top of their company values. They sent a picture of Gary to us in advance so we could be safe and know “who” to expect to let into our home. That is above and beyond what most companies do. Great job and thank you 1 Tom plumbing.

Cody showed up the same day I called and did a great job!
He walked me through what was going on with the leak and explained how he was going to fix it.
He gave me a quote before the work and there weren’t any surprise charges. Price was fair and the work was great!

1-Tom-Plumber did a great job on all the plumbing work they did for our house remodel. They have been excellent. Very knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. Cody did a wonderful job. This work included replacing the plumbing fixtures in five bathrooms, replacing kitchen faucets and garbage disposals and repairing plumbing vents in the attic. We highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the entire repair process. Colton was here and ready to help very soon after the call. He fixed the faucet and was helpful to explain alternatives for water shut-off. I would definitely use them again!

We had a leak in our apartment. Which turned out to be a hole in the pipe. Adan and Gary completely replaced the pipe and were both polite respectful workers who got the job done quickly and cleaned up after. I’m happy with the work they did. (Before and after pics)

Gary an easygoing player supposed to replace the old iron cast sewer located on the basement easy access for Him to work with a very small modification
It took him less than 4 hours to do that job. The agreement was $3700
At the end of the day I paid Him $ 8000
Ripped off be aware when you hire him

So i'm new to the area. Serious plumbing issue in my new house. I gave this company a call, and they answered right away. Got some guys out here within a 1 an hour. Maybe less. I know absolutely nothing about septic but they spoke to me, in a language, I could understand. It gave me real numbers before starting the work. Inter end up being a bigger job that they have to come back to. But again, sat me down, explained to me, in a way, I could understand it.And showed me camera footage of what they were talking about, which helped me immensely understand the issues. They left the place clean. Extremely polite. So, if you're looking for a company to handle your issues with plumbing, this is the company! Look, no farther, and I want to thank my guy personally he was super easy to understand. Made me feel very safe and secure being by myself. I WILL definitely use this company again!

UPDATING REVIEW
We had a fitting fail(first picture) and Colton did an awesome job at communicating with us and getting the repair done(second picture). This is after an after hours call even though we waited a day due to budget 10/10 will use again and recommend to others.

Tom was on time and presented in a very professional manner. He found the problem, gave suggestions concerning the best way to handle the situation. He even took the time to contact the restoration company and had them there within the hour.
Tom was very patient and respectful. He had to come back in the afternoon to finish the work. He came in, installed the equipment and left. I would recommend this man for any plumbing job. Thanks Tom for making a bad thing a tolerable day.

Hired them a couple weeks ago for a job on installing a water softener, Colton and Brayden did a great job on installing it fast and properly. They were quick on scheduling and got the job done within 24 hours of getting me a quote.

I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber! I had an issue with my sump pump not working and called 1-Tom-Plumber. They responded and were at my house within a half an hour of speaking with their receptionist. I really appreciate how they send update texts of when the technician will arrive and a photo of who the technician is. They diagnosed the problem promptly and offered a couple of options to fix the problem. They were then very prompt about scheduling the necessary work and then showing up promptly to do the repair work. The technician, Colton was courteous and friendly and got to the job immediately and had the entire sump pump replaced in an hour and a half. So appreciate the work they did. I will definitely call them if I have any plumbing issues again!
