They were able to send somebody out the same day we called. The plumber, Tyler, was on time, fixed my issue, and was polite and courteous. The pricing was clear and fair. I would recommend them and will use this company for future issues.

Had them out for a dishwasher install. Went very smoothly, plumber showed up on time and did very clean work. I was able to get scheduled next day. Very happy and highly recommended.

This is the second time we've used Columbia Basin Plumbing and both times we've had excellent service. The first was to install new faucets throughout the house, a garbage disposal, and the second time was to install a new hot water tank. The price has always been reasonable. The guys that do the work have always been extremely professional. They have my business for life.

I highly recommend Columbia basin plumbing. Had an emergency after a pipe burst after a cold night. They were able to schedule me same day and fixed the issue with ease. Competitive prices had me charged hundreds less than I was expecting so I am especially grateful for that. Tyler was my laborer, good dude very good customer service explained and broke everything down easily for me to understand. AC went out during the summer and I was told up to 2 weeks by other companies but Silverline came out within a couple of hours and had me up in 1 hour.
