They don't guarantee their work and don't believe in making it right. Main drain line was not cleaned properly, 2 weeks later had to hire someone else to do job right.

Was calling around the tri city area for plumbers a month ago to have them come out to give a quote and called Columbia basin plumbing 2 times and sent an email never got a response back at all and wii not recommend them
