They did a great job fixing our leak under the house. We had a pipe that needed replaced/patched up and a valve that had a small leak. About a 4-5 ft section. Cost was over $600, which I felt was too much, but what do you do when it needs to get done. We did have to wait a couple of days before they could come fix it. Very professional.
Overall, very happy.

My first quote to replace an old leaky hose bib was with Campbell & Company, although friendly, they were severely overpriced for the job I needed at $800+! Express 24hr Plumbing were easy and fast to schedule with, walked me through the whole process, and were great at their job. Top notch service, reasonable pricing, quality skilled work, and will now be using them for any future plumbing needs! Will be highly recommending my network to contract with them as well.

Good service, the repair tech called about 30 minutes before arrival to confirm the appointment. We scheduled 5 days in advance and service was performed as requested. Price was fair and technician was professional and respectful of our home. Repair to our leaking shower head was completed in about 30 minutes.

Chris came to clear my kitchen sink and it was the best experience. He was efficient and explained everything to me as he worked on my sink. He even cleaned my sink! If I ever need help with plumbing work again, I'm calling Express 24hr. ❤️

Update! Cade came over today to help with a leak under my sink and was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. He also checked under my house for leaks and discovered we had very high water pressure! He checked so much more than what was expected. I will continue using 24 Hour as long as I live in Kennewick!

Carl was on time, friendly & thoughtful and he successfully unclogged the sink. He also cleaned up well. Carl explained what he was doing and provided information that was helpful going forward. This is the first time we've used Express 24 hour Plumbing. We are now loyal customers. Sam (who was very kind and professional) arrived at our door within an hour on a Sunday, gave us no nonsense advice and pricing, and excellent service. They installed a new water heater for us in less than 2 hours. We're never going with Campbell and Co again for plumbing, they are top notch for the everyman on a budget.

Chris was amazing! My boyfriend and I had a clog issue of some sort and he came out same-day to walk me through everything he was doing and why, he was incredibly friendly and kind while doing so too! When he was done he cleaned up the place perfectly as well. Great guy and great company, will be using them in the future and recommending to anyone who asks!

My second experience with this company and both times I’m impressed. My tankless water heater threw an error code and wasn’t working. These guys offered to show up as soon as I needed them. Waylen showed up at my door on time and figured my problem out fast. He provided excellent service and was very personable.

Just had Cade and Peyton out to fix our very clogged kitchen sink after hours — because pregancy brain struck again and I put something down the disposal I definitely shouldn't have.

They were fast, kind, and did a fantastic job. And the best part? They discouvered it wasn't just the old odor-removing gel I dumped down the drain...a tree root had joined the party too! That little revelation made this very anxious pregnant woman (and my husband a little less upset with me) feel a whole lot better.

Came out to our food truck in Pasco Wa. We are just getting established and had a plumbing issue. They came out fixed it in 10 minutes, explained the issue and replaced the part free of charge. Great service all around thankyou so much. Will definitely be a return customer!
