They did excellent work. Cleaned up the area in our back yard well. Went above and beyond. Very friendly and gave us a completive bid.

I would like to recommend Columbia River plumbing. Tanner was a great plumber and very personable. He completed his job in a timely manner and he made recommendations to help me avoid any future plumbing problems.

My food service business had three plumbing issues and they were all quickly fixed the day after they had their first visit to inspect & plan! The minimal water mess they created while working, they cleaned up wonderfully! We are very thankful to have our facilities in top working order again!

They were the only ones able to help me on a Sunday with a septic pump not working.
They were here within a couple of hours. They checked the system and agreed the pump was shot. They were not able to fix it until Tuesday but pumped the tank out allowing water usage for 2 days without a pump.
They showed up on Tuesday as scheduled. Replaced pump, floats and pipe. Installation was much better than original install. Kyle (?) was very professional and pleasant to chat with.
I would use them again and would highly recommend them!

Bathtub was clogged up pretty bad, Had Chris come through and get it cleaned out in what seemed like under 30 minutes! Very genuine guy had some good conversation. Call express for all your needs:)

What do you do when all your toilets start bubbling then don't flush, at 21:07 on 30th of December because your sewage line backed up? Do you call someone now, or wait until morning, will anyone be willing to show up on the last day of the year? Will anyone even be open? Well ......... Express 24 hr Plumbing were open, and answered the call, and were able to come the same day, and had tools and solutions for my issue at hand; or at the toilet .... to be exact. Chris did well, found the blockage, cleared some roots, check that the passage was clear, gave some poiners ( did you know that sending egg shells down the drain through the garbage disposal is worse than potato peels?) and was on his way.

Tried doing some DIY work and bent a line in the wall. Called up for help and Cade was able to remove the bent pipe and help me replace my angle stops without further damage to the soft copper. He used that cool new compression tool for the new fittings and saved me hours of work. Thanks for your help, Cade!

Sam came out to replace our water heater and replace a gate valve with a ball valve. The work was done professionally and the water temperate is very easy to operate now with the new water heater. Thank you, Sam!

Had follow up work done by Chris. I wanted to have my sewer line cleaned out with a hydrojetter. Chris called and as we discussed the situation, he suggested running a sewer camera first just to make sure it warranted a full cleaning. If there was no need for the cleaning, then it would save us some money. Glad we did the sewer camera inspection first. Turned out the drain line was in good shape and extra cleaning wasn’t needed. Thanks, Chris, for your expertise, verifying and showing me via video the line was in good shape, and helping us save some money!!!

Chris! 👏👏 We had sewage back up in our basement. We are newer to the area and do not know a lot of places and started Googling. Chris was here earlier than expected. He was very thorough and explained each thought process he was working through. We have an Alphabet house and we have tricky pipes. Chris was able to clear out the issue. He made sure everything was picked up when he was done. He walked us though our invoice and everything he was writing up. Forever customers. Thank you!!
